Chapter 25

            Author's Pov

A'Jai's flashback:

     A'Jai walked over by Aria's bed side, she was hooked up to many tubes and bandages on her arm. She was in a coma and it hurt A'Jai everyday that she had to visit her sister like this. She touched her hand and kissed her soft cheek, she just wanted her to wake up and talk to her.

She leaned over closer to her "Aria if you can hear me know that no matter what I will always love you... And I will make them pay for what they did to you... Just please wake up you don't have to be scared no more" A'Jai whispered in her ear as a tear rolled down her cheek.

A'Jai sat there with Aria for about two hours til she got a call from Gucc saying it was time. She kissed Aria's face one last time then she left with a heavy heart and a praying mind. All she wanted for her sister to wake up and tell her that she was okay, but sadly this was the longest Aria slept and A'jai wasn't sure if her twin was gonna wake up from this. This shit happened to Aria over some payback shit that didn't have shit to with them. Their uncle did his dirt in his past and not only was it catching up to him it was coming their way too. Ajai had spoken to their uncle for a split second to tell him what was going on, but when he heard the shit that Aria went through because of his dirt it broke his heart. She told him she would keep him updated before the phone call ended and plotted out for her mission to get back at Sage.

What broke her heart more was when she walked in the waiting room to see her mother sitting there with heavy tears coming down her face. But A'jai didn't know was that Maranda was in deep thought about some personal things from her past. Not only was she worried about her daughter who was fighting for her life, but she felt guilty because of the son she lost years ago. Why did she have so much bad luck when it came to her family and her children. All she wanted was a better life and to right her wrongs, but it seemed like she couldn't caught a break. A'jai walked over and pulled her mother in her arms as they cried together.

Flashback over:

     Soon as Sage ended the call A'Jai immediately started grilling him hard and which she got all the information she wanted to know to fill in the blank of why Aria did this. He confessed to getting Tammy to befriend her and now that I think about it Tammy was in that car that day David pulled up to pick her up. Sadly David didn't know she was really a snake and not a friend. He told us how Tammy got her drunk at the party, left her with them and they raped her. They were supposed to kill her but the nigga changed his mind and he left her with Moe and Vick but they wasn't watching her and she got away down to the fact that me and Aria's uncle, the one that was in prison for murder did some dirty to the nigga and now the nigga wanted our uncle to suffer. Being though he couldn't get to him he decided to go after the closest kin and that's us.

   My heart hurted, they did this shit to her based on some Shit that had nothing to do with her. I listened as Sage confessed Everything and it took everything inside of me not to blow his head off.

"Why did you do that to my sister"? I asked in a mad but low voice astears rolled down her face.

"I didn't want to... But a deal was a deal" Sage said in a nonchalant voice like he didn't have a gun aimed at him.

A'Jai nodded her head and at that moment she didn't wanna talk no more. All this shit was to much to take in she went from a major breakdown to a calm, but very angry person in the matter of days.

A half in hour later, they heard the downstairs house door closed and someone jogging up the steps calling Sage name out.

"Yo Sage nigga where y'all at?? Where this little bitch at so we can finally end this shit" the dude who called the shots said and soon as he stepped in the door my gun went off.

"She Right here" A'Jai said quickly putting two bullets in his head Watching him fall, silencing Big Joe forever, he was the cause for all this and he had to pay.

Sage jumped at the sound off the gun he looked at me with big eyes "Ard yo... That was him I told you everything now can I go" he wiggled in pain.

She stared at him with cold eyes and just then Gucc shot him in his head instantly killing him as his body slid down the wall.

"I can't let you Go after what you did" A'Jai said in a whisper voice.

They all looked around at the three lifeless bodies that laid around in their site. A'Jai never imagined killing someone, but when came to my family she would die for them and she damn sure would kill for them so in this case that's what happened. A'Jai would never be the same after tonight this situation changed her for good she could never go back to being the nice calm A'Jai... Unless otherwise.

A'Jai sat there with Aria for hours until the nurse came in and said visiting hours were over. She kissed Aria's face one last time then she left with a heavy heart and a praying mind.

The next day she went to her grandmother's church, she sat there in the empty church for hours crying and asking God to forgive her for her sins and to wake her twin her. She never imagining living the life that she lived, but shit changed and so did A'jai. Especially after her sister's life was on the line, at this point she would do anything to protect her family.

          Weeks later:

They over looked David's charges was set him free. Moral to the story the detective didn't think he really killed them boys he thought David was covering up for someone. Plus the video they had wasn't clear enough to say it was David... Or maybe because the detective didn't blame David for what he did either way between a good ass lawyer that his parents set him up with and with lack of evidence they found David not guilty and let him Go.

  And all he wanted to do was go straight to Aria, but sadly when he got out he called A'Jai and she told him the bad news about Aria's condition. All he wanted to do was get to Aria and be by her side.

But he also was in for a good Awakening when he met up with A'jai.
