I sit in my room thinking about these never-ending thoughts for the thousandth time, that always seem to linger around in my mind, even though I 'Think' I know the answers to all of them. But there is always this small, caged part inside of me that is trying to escape to show me that all my thoughts are dead wrong and that love, and care do still exist, that one day I'll be able to taste, feel, take and explore some of it.

But I guess am of the two, pessimist but confused at the same time because maybe, just maybe one day I'll be fro----.

"Tash" I jumped from the yelling voice coming from another area of the house, slapping me right out of my thoughts. I sighed feeling bothered, knowing that that was my aunty, Terry who seems to always know how to be an alarm and distraction when am alone.

Nevertheless, I got up and head straight to the kitchen, smiling at my aunt who then returned her greetings in words, how stupid I was thinking that she would have done the same.

"Please tell me that you are ready for school, its 7:00 a.m and I know you would not want to be late", she blabbered with that look on her face that I hate so much.

I rolled my eyes, disgusted by her attitude, I mean she knows am responsible especially when it comes to school, I guessed, (ugh am always contradicting myself).

"Yes, Aunt Terry, I only need to get dress and grab my bag" I said dismissing quickly before she spits at me with her vicious words again.

Wearing this long gown that I hate so much, I don't know how someone can consider this to be a uniform, its hideous. I prefer clothes like shorts, tang tops, ripped jeans and short casual dresses but then I don't have a choice since my parents shipped me here, changing my school and am still left all confuse like a lost kid at a parade.

Grabbing my bag quickly and heading through my room door not giving myself any more time to think, I went back to the kitchen.

" Am ready Aunt" and she glanced up from her cup of hot cocoa.

"Aren't you going to eat your breakfast?"

" I'm okay" I lied, and she just shrugged then hand me some money. I muttered a slight 'bye' then left to start me journey.

It was 7:45 when I arrived at my school (surprisingly I don't live far from this hell hole). Seeing that I have time to spare I started cleaning my shoes from the excessive amount of dust from walking, and it so happens that my uniform has decided against me to touch the ground causing me to groan in frustration.

"Hey" I heard a voice I knew too well, Claire, Claire Grove my best friend, looking up at her catching those bright brown eyes and a wide smile.

"Okay what is it" rolling my eyes knowing that she always has some exciting news.

" I have something to tell you" (correct, I know her too well) she said jumping up and down.

" Duh I just said it."

Ugh this girl is making me roll my eyes too much, I swear they're going to roll the hell out one day. Staring at her, (wait she do know am waiting right) but she kept jumping like a frog with that big grin plastered on her face.

"Claire, we have to be in class like in the next 10 minutes, so tell me what you have to say."

I checked my phone walking off as she trails behind.

" Okay it's about someone, a special someone who----

" Rennnn" I shouted cutting Claire off (oops, sorry) and I started running towards her. She must've noticed because she did the same and before you know it, we were captured by each other arms. I don't know, its just a thing or maybe a trigger of excitement that explodes inside me when I see her. I guess our friendship is unique and different in a special way.
