The Next Day - Afternoon
Katherine's POV
I knocked on the door and waited.
Will eventually came to the door. 'Oh, hi Katherine.'
'Hi Will, is your dad in?' I asked.
'Yeah, come in.' He stepped aside and I walked in.
He lead me into the living room where Nick was. Lily, Maddy and Abe were also there. Nick looked surprised to see me. 'Katherine? Did you forget to do something at work?'
'No, I just came to discuss the plan for Friday night.' I told him. 'What are we doing?'
'Well.. do you want me to pick you up around half six? And I'll drive you there?' He suggested.
'Okay.' I nodded.
'Where are you both going?' Will asked with a raised eyebrow.
'There's a college reunion thing going on on Friday night Will. Sorry, I forgot to mention it.' Nick told him.
'Ooh, a college reunion? How exciting.' Maddy said. 'Have you got a dress or something for the event?' She asked me.
'Erm...'
'Shopping spree.' She announced. 'You and me. C'mon.'
'W-what?' I said, but Maddy was already pulling me out the living room.
I looked at Nick, but he just grinned with a thumbs up, and said 'Have fun!'
I glared at him and followed Maddy out.
