A/N
Oberon and Rhyannon weren't in the meeting because they knew that their sons could do it on their own.
Don't underestimate the strength of the those in the netherworld. They're all dangerous.

Drake's hold on his sister tightened. "What do you mean she's yours?"
Kailen gripped the table. "She's mine."
"She's mine,"Apollo repeated.
Even he was shocked that his mate was her. "Rayray?"
"You can't have her!"Kailen hollered, making Fayette wince. Apollo was by his side in a second.
"You're hurting her,"he calmly stated, his eyes dark as coal.
Alexander eyes widened, "You're.. her mate?"
His gaze snapped to the vampire, "Have a problem with that?"
Alexander bared his fangs at him, "Yes, I have." He couldn't believe the girl met his mate, he didn't even get the chance to know her. Anger ran up his arms, "You're a monster!"
"We're all monsters,"Apollo roared. His lycan was going crazy at the people who wants to keep him from his mate. He squeezed Alexander's neck tightly. The vampire hissed at him and gripped his arm.
"The girl is pure,"Alexander bit out. "You'd only bring pain to her life!"
"I will kill you!"Apollo roared.
"Shut up, all of you!" Orion said. He glanced at the girl with a soft look. "You're scaring her."
Fayette tensed as tears clouded her vision. "Mama!"
The cry was soft. The lycan loosened his hold on the vampire. It hit him like an arrow to the heart, it was painful.
Footsteps could be heard. The door flew open, almost breaking from its hinges.
"My sweet,"Queen Rhyannon whispered. She rushed to her daughter's side and grabbed her.
"Hush now, mama is here."
Apollo was now composed, his fingers twitched to touch his mate but he knew he shouldn't separate a mother from her crying child. It was their instinct to protect their young when he or she was vulnerable.
Alexander looked down in shame. He knew he wasn't one to separate them, they were mates. But he couldn't help it, he wanted to protect her and keep his vow.
The Queen left just as the King Oberon arrived. "Explain."
"I'm her mate,"Apollo says.
The Fae king stood there, shocked. Drake and Kailen growled lowly.
"Okay,"Oberon nodded.
"Okay?!" Drake snarled. "That's all you have to say?"
Oberon eyes darkened, "Do not raise your voice, boy."
Drake struggled at the order, he wanted to scream at his father for even thinking of letting his sister go. Kailen put his hand on his brother's shoulder as if to say it'll be okay. Unlike Drake, Kailen now understood. He couldn't rip those two apart unless he wants them in pain.
