"I mean, I don't know if you've noticed this Izzie, but I am completely crazy for you," Jimmy grinned, his hand running over the back of his hair. We sitting crossed legged opposite each other on his bed, and it was taking all the willpower in the world for me not to jump on top of him right now.

I thought I wouldn't see him until the following weekend, but he had called on Wednesday and asked for me to come over. I didn't hesitate – I said yes in a heartbeat. Although I'd seen him only on Monday morning, I'd found myself missing him like crazy. I was in far too deep, but I kind of liked it.

He made me feel special, like I'd rarely felt before in the past. Every time we spoke, he was genuinely interested in what I had to say and that was such an incredible feeling, as it was something I'd rarely had before. As much as I loved James, he could sometimes be quite self-absorbed and enjoyed talking about himself, but Jimmy was the complete opposite. It was weird, because Jimmy had had such an incredible life and so many amazing stories, yet he seemed to care about my completely mundane life.

He made me feel wanted. Every we saw each other he couldn't keep his hands off me, and not even in a sexual way. It seemed like he always wanted to kiss me or hold me, doing whatever he could to make me feel loved. Could he love me?

How long does it take to fall in love? I had known Jimmy for maybe 2 months now and I felt like I was falling. Maybe it was an unrequited love kind of thing, but I knew my feelings were strong. He was always on my mind, and the thought of not seeing him again was unbearable.

It could have just been infatuation, but the more time I spent with him the more I fell, hard. And now with him sitting in front of me, telling me how crazy he was about me, I found myself so close to uttering those three little words, which could be disastrous. Sure, our relationship had moved from 0-100 in a matter of weeks but it still felt too soon.

"I mean, I might have noticed it," I smirked, looking down at our entwined hands. With his other, he brought it to my face and pulled it up so I was looking right in his eyes.

"You don't give anything away, do you, Izzie Rhodes?" He smiled slightly, his eyes studying mine.

"I don't know what you mean, Jimmy Fallon." I really didn't – I tried to act cool, but every time I was around him I was turned to mush. He had to know how I felt, right?

"I just can't read you, that's all."

"You could always ask how I feel," I told him, and a grin spread across his face. God, that face. That fucking beautiful face.

"How do you feel Izzie?" He whispered, his hand squeezing mine.

I decided to humour him for a little longer. "What, how do I feel right now? I mean, I'm a little full from that take out we just ate, but in a satisfied kind of way. I'm feeling kinda nervous and a little anxious too, cos I don't have a clue how that audition went on Monday, and they still haven't called. Like, how long do these things take? You know I'm not used to this, Jimmy." I caught his eye, and he was grinning. "Um. I'm feeling a little chilly, actually. I could really do with one of your hugs."

"Nu-uh," he tutted, ignoring my pout. "No hugs. You know that isn't what I meant, pal."

I hesitated for a moment, deciding whether to spill my heart out or not. "Okay. Well, you know how I just said I was cold? On the outside I am a little cold, but inside? All I feel is warmth, whenever I'm with you. It's hard to explain. You just make me feel happy, Jimmy."

He cleared his throat, his eyes hooding slightly as he looked down at our hands. "I get it, Iz. I know what you mean. I get that too."

"I just feel crazy," I admitted, and he looked back up at me again. "I feel insane. I just broke up with my boyfriend a month ago. I was cheated on, and betrayed, but yet here I am. Here with you, sitting here, feeling fucking crazy about you." I paused, trying to find the right words to say. "Honestly, I don't really get it. You're older than me, you're married, you have kids, I work for you... you're incredibly rich and famous," I smirked, and he laughed. "I mean, seriously? This is the weirdest situation ever, one I never thought I would find myself in."
