"Why are you coming?" Dean was filing down the stairs and heard Jayde's light footsteps close behind.

"Sam needs this. I can tell. He needs the closure."

"Closure?"

"Dean, isn't it obvious? Why he wants to save her so badly? He likes her Dean, she's the first girl since Jess he's really liked! Wouldn't you be pretty devastated if the first person you liked since tragedy was pretty much destined to die?"

Her brother hadn't given a verbal response, but Jayde knew she had won that argument. The two got in the Impala and Dean revved the engine, Jayde suddenly thinking of a thought to break the still harsh tension.

"Hey, so when do you think I should learn to drive?" Dean turned the key and revved the engine before pressing his foot on the accelerator. He had his eyes on the road but gave the question a considerable amount of thought before answering.

"Hmmmm, When do you wanna start driving? I started when I was about 16, so I guess there's nothing stopping you. I'll teach you just like Dad taught me, we'll get a rental car, maybe steal something or-"

"Woah woah woah, we're sitting in a perfectly good car right now Dean." He turned to face the smirk on his sister's face, stuttering for a moment but completely serious.

"Oh, no. No way am I letting you drive Baby."

"Oh c'mon Dean! You let Sammy drive the other day!"

"Hey, that was only 'cause we needed to get down here fast, plus I wouldn't let Sam touch the steering wheel with a six-foot pole up until a few months ago."

"Hey, if I drive some other random car and hop in here, how will I know how to handle her? You've told me yourself, Baby needs to be treated right, she's fragile in some places, tough as nails in others. Teach me how to take care of her Dean. Please?" Jayde tried to put on the most innocent face possible, swaying back and forth whilst Dean struggled to keep his eyes on the road. He turned for only a moment but it was too late; their eyes locked. Dean's iridescent green eyes might've made someone want to spill every last detail about their life, but Jayde's piercing brown stare could get her anything, similar to Sam's eyes.

"God, I wish you weren't so convincing." Dean muttered, his mouth curving slightly to form an amused smirk.

It didn't take them long to drive to Hunter's Point, the only real problem now was to wait until the moon came out. It was just before sunset, the slightly yellow rays turning a deep orange as the sun started to disappear behind the buildings and houses littering the streets. The pair stopped at a small milk bar to grab some food, Jayde trying hard to resist buying a load of candy with her infinite credit-card fraud money. She instead went for a pre-made and wrapped sandwich, Dean opting for the tiny apple pie on display. They sat on the car's hood and ate, laughing at each other's jokes, talking about who cares what. Jayde had asked about the more intricate details of Sam and Dean's adventures since her disappearance, and Jayde was relieved when Dean hadn't asked her more about what she had been up to. For some reason it was hard to talk about her life outside the Winchesters, most likely because she never received that closure with her dad. It was however, easy for Jayde to describe the few hunts she had been on and the event where she stole her gun. Dean burst out laughing when she told him, bits of pie crust splattering all over Baby's pristine black body. He had especially loved when she dropped the bullet back on his head, saying "It was something I would've done!"

The sun was fully set now and darkness had invaded the once yellow sky, Jayde and Dean getting back into the car and driving around the alleyways and backstreets of Hunter's Point. It was getting very late when Jayde spotted a young girl -most likely a hooker - walking alone down an alley, vulnerable and a clear target. She signalled to Dean who turned around in attempt to sneak attack the monster before he could attack, but Jayde calculated the time it would take, figuring they would be too late. She get out of the car and pulled her gun from her waistband, deciding her small blade wouldn't do a whole lot of good if the werewolf attacked her or the girl. Dean handed her a few silver bullets and followed her away from the Impala to hear a shallow moan in the distance; a howl. They heard the girl scream, her shrill voice echoing against the alley's brick and concrete. Jayde was careful when she stepped out, making sure the werewolf didn't see her. She watched as he pulled the young girl's legs from under her, deciding if she was going to save a life, she might as well do it now.
