"I see you're finally awake."

I laughed my throat vibrating harshly from the intense sound. "What seems to be so funny?"

"Oh no nothing doctor."

"Knowing you Joker, there's always something behind that laugh." She looked slyly at me.

The door to the solitary confinement flew open and guards walked in, strapping me to the centre of a backboard. They secured my body to the backboard using the appropriate strapping devices in a sequence that I remembered perfectly: chest, hips and feet. I was wheeled out smiling that I finally could get out of the four white walls.

"Bring her too." She called

My eyes widened as I saw Harley being brought by the guards towards my doctor. I chuckled and Harley gave me the roll of her eyes shrugging and mouthing 'I tried'.

"Follow me." She ordered the guards as they did so, "We're having couples therapy."

Both of our faces flushed, giggling at the knowing fact that I'd be spending time with Harley made my insides burn. Although it was dangerous territory to work with both of us at the same time, I knew the doc would have something in store for us, otherwise I'd be the only one in therapy today.

When we reached the door I had realized the security was maximized, tough looking guards with guns and whatnot. What surprised me most was that in the midst of all of them stood the one and only guy that I despised.

Her boyfriend.

"Heya jerk!" I showed him my teeth and in return I got a punch to my lower abdomen.

How good it was to finally feel, the light sting making my body awaken after the solitary confinement. "You really know how to treat a guest." I called as the door shut behind us.

Both of us were released and we plopped down onto the couch.

"I don't think we've met properly before Harley." The young doctor straightened her posture, making sure she was in control.

Not tonight.

"Ye, yer my mans doc I know." By how Harley answered I could tell she didn't like her. She had a her reasons. "What's yer name?" She smiled, a diversion, trying to get on her good side.

"I'm sorry I can't tell you that." She extended her hand to Harley who shook it reluctantly, "It's quite an honor being in a room with both of you." Confession after confession, this was going to be way fun.

"Well lookie here we got ourselves an admirer!" Both of the women shot me looks, one which was intimidated and the other one full of mockery.

Being the only man here put me in control and I loved every second of it.

"You might be asking why I brought both of you here." She stated.

"Yeah why?" Harley eagerly bounced on the couch whilst I crossed my legs and lent back staring at the ceiling.

"You see-"

"She wants to know if it's true." I smiled, knowing both of their attentions would be solely on me.

Harley gave me a curious look my eyes wondering to her stomach.

"Joker's right, I want to know if it's true." She licked her lips tapping her pen on the piece of paper attached to a board that lay on her laps, "theres been rumors about-"

"The baby." I interrupted again.

Once again the doc nodded accordingly.

"So?" She gestured for either of us to confess.

"Harls why won't you be a dear and tell the doctor what she wants to know." I could see in the corner of my eyes that she was nervous but hid it with her playfulness. Gesturing for her to scoot closer to be I placed her on my laps lightly trailing soothing circles on her thighs.

Her body relaxed as her back lent against my chest her breaths becoming deep and more steady. "Good baby." I whispered in her ear making sure the doctor didn't hear. This was between the both of us. My hands moved to her stomach and I held them there allowing her to feel the warm and the safety of my body.

She sighed.

"Well ya know what happens when two people love each other." She looked back at me with purity radiating of off her, "And there comes a time when the both of you want more." Both of us stared into each others eyes, unable to pull away from the strong trance. Emotions danced in the colors of our eyes, I felt as if the world around melted away being only with her blinded me from the outside world. I could feel electricity flow through me as her fingertips came in contact with mine.

"Are you sure?" The doctor cleared her throat, obviously disturbed by our show of affection.

Harley's head snapped to her "What do ya mean by that?"

"What I mean is are you sure he loves you?"

Dangerous. This was dangerous territory.

"Your relationship is obviously codependent and unhealthy, as a former psychiatrist I think you should understand what that means, Harley. So tell me does he really love you, can the Joker really love anyone? Or are you just oh so special?"

My grip tightened around Harls, I could feel her body tense instantly as this was a deep and painful subject. She wanted to jump onto the doctor and make her feel the pain she had never felt before.

Her began to shake her smile becoming almost as frightening as my own.

I breathed on her neck. "Not now darling. But I promise her time will come, and you'll be the one to do the honors."

She huffed harshly pushing herself off of me and plopping her body on the other side of the couch. "I don't think she likes your answer doctor." Chuckling in a split second I noticed something, something that I would keep with me until he right comes.

The good old doctor lost control. Just for a slight second.

"Interesting." I uttered under my breath.

"My Joker loves me and I don't care if ya think otherwise. The only thing that matters is that I know he does." She stated huffing childishly.

"Right." The doctor looked meekly at the two psychopaths sitting in front of her, deep in thought.

"You want to help us?" I questioned my eyes piercing through her brown ones.

She smiled and quickly jolted upwards. "That's it, yes thank you for reminding me Joker. And by the way you'd make one hell of a therapist."

Grinning I knew she caught onto the fact that I soothed Harley out of killing her. So that's why she needed me here, clever.

"If you'll let me I want you to know the gender." She looked at Harley in sympathy, but all of us knew that that was fake.

"Alright." She puckered her lips standing up, "Lead the way."
