Big News

•Mike POV•
The whole way home, El was smiling like a lunatic. I couldn't help but laugh at how excited she was, neither could Will.

When we pulled back up to our house, everybody had gone inside, all the stuff that was lying around out front brought in as well, since it had started drizzling outside. We stopped the car and hopped out, El practically bouncing towards the door.

"You excited to tell them?" I asked

She nodded vigorously before kissing my cheek and swinging the door open.

Everybody stopped what they were doing and turned to look at us, obviously confused at why all 3 of us were smiling like crazy.

"You have something to tell us I take it?" My Mom said, motioning to everybody else that was there. She held a big grin on her face, since I called her from the clinic.

"Y-yea we do." El said, beginning to get a tad emotional.

There was a long pause, everybody eager to find out what our news was. El inhaled loudly before opening her eyes and looking at the group, tears slowly rolling down her cheeks.

"I'm pregnant." she breathed out.

Suddenly all of our friends and family errupted into loud cheers before bombarding El with hugs and kisses.

"Thats amazing!" Max said looking at me while she hugged El.

"Thanks," I replied, smiling at her.

Lucas walked up to El and put his hands on her shoulders.

"Hey, remember that week in November? When I kept calling you a weirdo?" He asked.

El nodded signalling him to continue.

"Well, I would have never said that stuff if I would've known how happy you would make all of us later on." he finished.

They hugged and up came Dustin.

"You are going to be an incredible mom, I just know it." He said hugging her.

"Thanks, Dustin." she replied quietly, touched by all the nice words from our family.

I tapped her shoulder from where I was standing behind her and she turned to me.

"Let's go upstairs for a second, ok?" I asked and she nodded, following me up the new wooden stairs.

I closed our bedroom door behind us and turned around to see El crying tears of joy. I picked her up and spun her once before setting her back down. She was looking up at me with a light smile still on her face.

"Have I ever told you how much I love you?" I asked her quietly.

"Just a few times." She said grinning, before snaking her arms around my neck and leaning in.

I pulled her closer to me and continued the kiss for a few seconds before pulling away and tucking a strand of hair behind her ear.

"I love you so much, Mike." she whispered, burrying her face into my t shirt.

"I love you too, El."
