"Uncle Scar! Uncle Scar!"
Simba told me that he was going to introduce me to his uncle, Scar. But from my evidence of the movie, Scar is an evil jerk and tries to kill Simba in the end.
"Hello, nephew."
"Uncle Scar this is my friend Michelle."
"Congratulations," he said sarcastically, except Simba didn't seem to notice, "you found someone else to follow you around.
Simba just laughed, not even phased by the insult. I stood there raring at Simba like he was crazy and Scar happened to notice.
"Uh, hi. You know you just insulted my friend right?"
He looked at me like I was the next victim of his hunt. Simba didn't even hear what I said. I felt like no one was listening to what Scar said except me.
"Uncle Scar, you'll never believe what happened to us."
"I'm sure I won't."
"We were almost eaten by hyenas."
"Yea, do you have anything to do with this ambush," I accused.
"I assure you I was sitting here the entire time. You can ask this mouse," he said hold a mouse in his paw by its tail.
It squeaked in alarm and tried to squirm its way out. I ran up and bit Scar's leg, hard.
"OW," he roared, "why you little...."
He would've scratched me if Mufasa didn't come in.
"Scar!!!"
"Oh, brother," he said innocently, "what brings you to my cave?"
"The fact that you screamed 'ow' and saw you almost swing at my cubs."
The fact that Mufasa called me one of his "cubs" made me feel protected and part of his family. Scar wasn't one of those family members.
"Me? Wh-I would never hurt these adorable little cubs," he said pulling me in close and ruffling my fur.
I cringed and Mufasa roared. Scar got spooked and I ran back to Simba and bared my teeth at him.
"Simba, take Michelle back up to the den, me and your uncle need to have a talk."
Simba looked at Scar, his dad, then at me and nodded. "Ok, come on Michelle," Simba said gesturing to the den.
We walked off and all I could hear was Mufasa growling and snarling.
"So how do you like my uncle, Michelle?"
"I dot trust him, he just rubs me the wrong way. And did you notice the musty dog smell?"
"No, it smelled like a lion."
What is wrong with this kid? His uncle is evil and he is in control of those mangy hyenas. I half wanted to go back there and interrogate him but I would get shredded to bits.
"Simba-"
"ROOOAAARRR!!!!!"
"DAD!!!"
We ran back to Scar's den to see him out cold and Mufasa limping towards us.
"Dad are you ok?"
"Yes and your uncle is exiled."
"What?"
"He but you didn't he," I asked.
Mufasa turned and winced as he did. There was a huge gash on his thigh and it was bleeding without stopping.
I gasped, "ZAZU!!!!"
The hornbill flew down and landed on Simba's head.
"Yes young cub?"
"Rafiki, and fast!"
He looked at Mufasa and his eyes went wide.
"On my way master!"
He flew off and we tried to help Mufasa back to the den as best as we could. We got to the middle of Pride Rock and he collapsed.
"Simba go see if Zazu and Rafiki are here," Mufasa ordered.
"No need."
I turned to see Rafiki walking up with gourds in his hands.
"Good to see you old friend."
"I was better the last time you saw me."
Rafiki laughed and cracked open a gourd with green stuff in it. He scooped it out with his hand and smeared it on Mufasa's leg. He winced and then relaxed.
"You're ok dad."
"I told you you're uncle can't be trusted," I cried.
