Five.

"Why do you keep doing that to him? He's sorry." Marvin complained getting into the car.

"I didn't do anything." I smiled, ever so sweetly, and clambering into the back seats. As I watched as Aston jumped in too, I rolled my eyes.

"You know what I mean, Jess." Marvin said, lowly. I ignored Marvin's questioning and sunk into my seat. I could tell Aston wanted to say a lot more, he had three years to plan what he was going to say to me, also enough time for me to grow impatient with him.

"You moved on then..." Aston said, eventually. I watched out the window as the sun rays caught the windows of the tall outside buildings. London looked amazing in the day and incredible in the evening.

"Yeah." I muttered harshly in attempt to end all conversation with him. After a few more fail attempts of conversation, he gave up or so I thought.

"We're here." Marvin added quietly and awkwardly. I thanked him and left the vehicle rushing into my house. I watched from inside out the window, the car was stationary and scarcely still showing no signs of moving any time soon. More to the point the passenger seat door was opening and Aston appeared, boosting his self confidence by doing a small dance before ringing my door bell. I sighed, reluctantly opening the door.

"Jess...where's Jayden? Isn't he here?" Aston asked staring down the clean hallway. I shook my head. "Please, just give me another chance. Believe me when I say I can love you better than he ever could."

"Aston, I gave you a chance and you blew it. That wasn't my fault," I pushed the door to close it but Aston slipped in behind me. "Out. Now." Aston shook his head, cheekily.

"Not until you hear me out, at least. Over dinner? I'll pick you up at eight. I'm also gonna need your number. Wait..." Aston rushed before digging in his pocket and pulling out a pen. He took my hand from my side and lightly wrote an array of numbers across my palm. "See you at eight," He reached for the door handle before turning back to face me. "Oh, and wear red please." He winked before closing the door behind himself. The roar of an engine outside was audible from my living room, as it got quieter I knew they'd left.

Right, I had three hours to get ready; I knew who I was going to need.
