FAITH POV: The crowd was so amazing tonight. It felt so good be back in my hometown performing. I finished my set and over heard my mom say, I think they both will realize it" "realize what?" I asked coming off the stage. "Oh nothing dear. You were amazing out there" "Thanks!" 'yes sweetie, I'm so proud of you" "Thanks daddy" They smiled "Well I need to shower and change. I have to get ready for the duet" "okay, want us to come back with you?" "you can if you want. Or you can stay and watch Tim's set. He will be on stage soon" "you and Ted are more then welcome to hang out here with me" Betty said. "I think I will" My mom said "if you don't mind, I'm a little tired. Can I go back with you and lay down for a little bit?" My dad asked "No not at all" He then followed me to the bus. He laid down on the extra bed. I showered and changed. "Alright daddy, I'm going to go back out there. Want to come or stay here?" "i'm going to stay here if that's alright?" I smiled "sure I'll be back" i said and left. I get to the side of the stage. My mom and Betty were still there watching Tim. "he's really good" I heard my mom said Betty smiled "Hey" "Oh hi honey,. Where's your father?" "oh he's resting" "oh alright maybe I should go with him" "You don't have to. Once after the duet is done, I'm going back. You can watch the duet and then head back with me or you can go back. It's up to you" "are you going on soon?" "yes after this song" "Alright I'll stay" "oh good" Betty said. I just shook my head. I got my mic and before I knew it was time. Tim started and then I walked out. The crowd went crazy!
