FAITH POV: Tim was trying to get the gun away from Dan when it went off. "TIMMMMM" I screamed in horror. I get up and look and both of them are on the floor bleeding. I ran to Tim. "Tim.. Tim.. are you alright? Please, be okay" I cried. I could care less about Dan. Then the police came running in "What' happened?" "This man is my ex husband<,Daniel HIll, he came in here and beat me and tried to rape me, then he pulled a gun again. My boyfriend came in and tried to get away when it went off. Please tell me is he going to be alright?" The paramedics came in as well. One went to Tim while the other went to Dan. Tim started to open his eyes "Oh thank god, are you alright?" "yeah I think so.. My head" He said holding the back of his head trying to get up. "NO don't! You are hurt" "Faith.. " "Tim, please you were shot" "but.." "Ma'am he wasn't shot" "But the blood" "yeah it's Dan's. Looks like it hit him in the chest area and when it went off, the blood got on Tim" "Then why did you pass out?" "From hitting his head, it looks like. We should get you checked out" "I'm fine.." "Tim.." he sighed "Okay" he then turned to me "Faith you need to get checked" "I'm fine.." "Please." "okay I will , I promise" They then put him on a stretcher and then got Dan out. I was also taken as well. They put us in the same room. Dan I could care less about. The doctor came in. Tim insisted I get checked first. Then he went to get Tim checked. "Alright so looks like you have a nice contusion on the back of your head when you hit it. You also have a concussion" He said to Tim. "I want to keep you overnight for observation" Tim didn't want to but finally gave in. I told him I would stay with him. I had to get some stitches above my eye. I have some bruises and cuts, but will be fine.
