I'm staring at that direction again.
Slowly, my erratic heartbeat started to synchronize with my calm breathing.
Calm down stupid. I thought touching the place where my heart lies.
My target is sitting peacefully under the tree feeling relax and all, however peacefulness was destroyed when a bug flew out of nowhere. An irritating bug.
Due to my irritation my calm face started to lose its composure.
I raised my bow, aimed my arrow, released a breath, then, freed the arrow, as graceful as I could.
"Tsssssssssukk!"
"* Sigh *" I slightly shook my head disappointed at myself for losing my cool over a small bug that means no harm. Thankfully I missed the bug, however I am not that thankful because I just missed my whole target.
I faced the other targets that were patiently waiting for my arrows. I composed myself and took my arrows one by one after every shot.
Slowly, I held my bow down studying my shots. I furrowed my eyebrows because of confusion.
I turned around giving my back to all my perfect shots.
'If I could perfect my shots here why can't I perfect my only shot there?'
Deciding to call it a day, I walked to the exit. I took a last glance at my former target and earned a confused look. I continued walking to the exit ignoring the claps and whoots I got from my fellow peers.
When I reached the changing room I breath out a heavy sigh.
'It'll take a lot of time to score in love, eh?'
