"The stars" Sans x Reader

(This was a request and my parents aren't home so I can throw my homework aside for a bit :3)

Your Pov

I was now the seventh human, I told Frisk to stay on the surface this run as Chara wants them and not me, the reset button is now in my power but that doesn't mean I'll take advantage of it, my reason here is to fulfill Frisk's wish, they want to free the monsters but can't cause Chara keeps taking control and making them reset, I don't know how but Frisk says Chara shouldn't be able to control me, they never told me why. I've never been down here but I know of resets, maybe cause I'm related to Frisk or something, just a theory, they told me about some of them and how to get past them without the need of a weapon, well except for the king, I have to attack him or he'll just kill me, I was walking through the snowy forest while all my thoughts swirled around my head, I spared Toriel of course. While walking I heard a twig snap causing me to quickly spin around, no one was there, weird, Frisk never told me about that part, me being a serious coward just decided to sprint past the barricade until I reached a lamp that was a little shorter than me, then I heard loud crunching in the snow, I looked ahead and saw a tall figure coming in my direction, because of instinct, I quickly hid behind a tree, the crunching then stopped. "SANS! WHY ARE YOU NOT AT YOUR POST!?" A loud, exaggerated voice boomed, causing me to flinch at the loudness. "Cause bro, there's a human here." You hear a low voice reply. "A HUMAN?! WHERE?!" The louder voice asked, I decided to peek at this point (Never a good idea) to take a look at the source of the voices I was hearing, it was two skeletons, one was wearing odd armor with a red scarf and the other one had on a blue jacket with a basketball shorts, oh! Frisk said these were the skeleton brothers, I'm assuming the shorter one is Sans as the taller one said, so that means the taller one is Papyrus, while I was in my little daze of putting names to face, 'Sans' pointed in my direction. "She's right there bro." He said, they both looked at me, when Papyrus saw me, he immediately ran up to me and pulled me in a tight hug. "OH MY GOSH A HUMAN! I SHALL CHERISH YOU FOREVER! YOU COULD DO ALL MY PUZZLES AND HANG OUT WITH MY FREIND UNDYNE!" He was shouting other random things, but the name 'Undyne' caused me to shiver, Frisk said she was the hardest to befriend and would try to kill me multiple times. "ANYWAYS HUMAN, I AM THE GREAT PAPYRUS! AND THIS IS MY BROTHER SANS!" He said, gesturing to Sans. "Sup." He said with a lazy smile, I wave. "My name is Y/n."

~Timeskip cause ugggh~ (That was just the introduction cuz I wanted an introduction dammit, this timeskip skips past all fights except for Asgore's, still your pov btw)

After I had beaten Mettaton, I knew who was next, Asgore (who thought I was gonna say Sans), I'm kinda scared to be honest, I don't want to fight but I'll have to, I decided to go back to waterfall, there was an area I found with pretty rocks on the ceiling, making them look like stars, I sat down on the soft grass and just enjoyed the silence and peace the area gave off, I closed my eyes, kinda being in a half asleep kind of way, after a while I heard footsteps, I peek from one eye to see who it was, it was Sans, he came and sat next to me, I keep myself from freaking out that my crush is sitting right next to me, that's right, I got a crush on Sans, shush, after a while of silence, he finally spoke up. "They're beautiful aren't they, the rocks on the ceiling, it's the underground's stars, I wish I could see real stars someday." He said, mumbling the last part to himself, but I heard it, I looked at him, he was staring at the ceiling with sorrow. "I'll make sure you see the stars Sans." I say while giving him a side hug. "You don't have to kiddo, besides." I feel him gently grab my chin, making me face him. "I have my star right here." He said lovingly as he cupped my cheek, after a while of staring into each other's eyes (eye socket too, whateves), I saw him getting closer to my face, I leaned in as well until I felt my lips on his teeth, my eyes closed as my arms make it's way around his neck, he pulled me closer by my waist, after a while, we parted. "Wow." I hear him whisper, I giggled softly. "I'm sorry I just kissed you out of nowhere, I just, I really like you, I'd go as far as to say I love you." He said, a blue hue spreading on his face, I blushed as well. "I-I love you too Sans." I say, his smile widened as he kissed me again which I returned, the rest of the day was filled with kissing, cuddling and love.

~Timeskip again still your pov~

Because of Sans' wish, it gave me more confidence to go forward to Asgore, turns out we ended up not fighting since Toriel got there in time, then Flowey happened to be Asriel Dreemurr, but with his help, we made it to the surface, surprisingly humans took them in like normal, Frisk was super happy and immediately went for MK, most of the monsters had to stay in centers until they could get homes but I let my friends stay with me as I have a relatively big house, everyone fell asleep in the evening cause of exhaustion since they had to move all their stuff up here. Sans was asleep on the couch but I had a surprise for him, He was sleeping on his 'stomach' so I started rubbing his back not too rough but enough to gently wake him, he stretched signaling that he was awake. "Hey sweetheart, is it morning yet?" He asks tiredly. "Nope, but I have a surprise for you." I say happily as I put a blindfold on him, because there was a meadow like 5 minutes away from here, it won't be hard to guide him, after a bit I had him sit down, I look up and realize the stars aren't fully out yet so we'll have to wait, he was going to take it off but pulled his hand away. "No touchy blindfold." I say in a childish way, he chuckles. "Alright sweetheart." He says. After a while the stars were fully in the sky, I gently took off the blindfold. "Ta-da!" I say, he looks at me confused, I point up and he looks, his jaw dropped as he saw thousands of twinkling stars above him. "You said you always wanted to see real stars so." I said while scratching the back of my neck nervously, I was then pulled in a tight embrace. "Thank you so much, I thought you forgot about it." He said with tears running down his face, I wipe his tears. "I wouldn't forget something like that." I say. We spent hours just staring at the stars until we eventually went back home, I changed into my pajamas while Sans just took off his jacket, we both went under the covers and cuddled. "Thank you for showing me the stars, I appreciate that you actually remembered how much I wanted to see them." He said. "You're welcome Sans, I love you." I say. "I love you too, sweetheart." He replied as we both fell asleep in each other's arms.
