After playing 'the blame game', in the principal's office for an hour, the detectives decided that they've had enoug oof mom and dad bickering. It was mostly mom who was going at it about why it was best for me to move back home with her.
"None of this would have happened if he was home with me," mom shouted, "You don't even know his friends, other than Hoseok."
Dad argued, "Well, for all we know Hoseok could have done this as some sort of prank."
"Jesus!" My mom exclaimed, "You don't even know Hoseok that well. If so, you wouldn't have said that."
Dad claimed, "I am doing the best that I can, Carol!"
"Since we weren't able to get much information, please, take my card," Detective Johns hurridely said, "Do call us if you think of any potential suspects or if anything happens. We will continue this investigation and we will call when we find something."
Mom mumbled, "Poor excuse for a father."
"We will talk about this later," dad assured.
Quickly, I exited the office with Jimin right behind me. Our parents continued talking with Mr. Logan and the principal, asking questions about students who are acting out of the ordinary in school.
"Well, that went well," I scoffed.
In the hallway, students were scattered around-trying to get to their next class. Jin was standing by the entry doors of the school. He seemed to have been waiting for us.
"I saw the picture after I heard what happened," he sighed, "I'm so sorry this happened. Do you think Infamous did this?"
Jimin rolled his eyes as he combed his bangs out of his face. With a serious look on his face, he walked out of the front door without saying anything to either Jin or me.
"W-what's his problem?" Jin asked in concern.
I replied, "He's just stressed out. Don't worry about it."
"Okay well, I may have info about the club," Jin whispered, "Dean and JB followed a blonde guy, from the club, into a fast food place. They easedropped on the guy talking about beating up a gay in the club's bathroom. He could be an Infamous member."
I nodded, "This is good. The guys gotta trap him the next time he goes to the club. Let them know that and tell them that they can kidnap him any way they choose. They have to be smooth and careful about it though."
Hearing a heavy door close shut behind me, I assumed it was my parents so, I instantly stopped talking.
"Yeah, uh, thanks! I'll be sure to work on my part of the project at home," I said loudly.
Jin looked puzzled, at first, until he realized what I was doing.
"Oh! Yea, I'll be pissed if you don't contribute this time," he played along.
Playing it cool, I motioned with my head for Jin to get going.
"See ya later, JungKook," Jin whispered.
As Jin passed by my left, approching me on the right was mom and dad. They both look pissed and drained. Even mom's face was a tint of red.
"We've sighed you boys out. Let's go," dad said.
I wasn't able to stop by the infirmary to check on Taehyung because my father was being a dick about the leaked image. He literally began dragging me, by my wrist, out of the school and to the car in the parking lot. It was clear that he was furious at us and deeply disappointed on top of being irritated with mom and her yelling at him.
