❝What do you guys want.❞ My dad asks as we're in front of the cashier.
❝Cookies and cream with Hershey's.❞ I squel and he smiles happily knowing that my favourite never changed.
❝I want chocolate fudge with peanuts.❞ Linzy says and Liam scrunches his face because he hated peanuts andon top of that he was allergic.
❝I'll take cookies and cream with sprinkles.❞ Liam says and my dad nods his head and pays for the ice cream.
❝Here you go.❞ The waiter says giving us our ice creams at our table and I start eating mine when I see Liam get up from his seat and after a few minutes he comes back empty handed.

❝They made a mistake with my order...there was nuts in it...luckily I realized before it could do any harm, but they wont give me a new one so I'll just watch ya'll eat.❞ He says carelessly although he cared alot because he didnt like being left out.
❝Well I could get you a new one its not a problem.❞ My dad says reaching for his wallet as liam takes a seat.
❝No thanks si- I mean David, its not a problem.❞ He stutters and looks at me and I give him the most pleasant smile I could give with my mouth covered in ice cream and he chuckles.
❝You could share with Linzy.❞ I say seeing her giving him the goo-goo eyes.
❝Can't nuts remember...can I share with you though.❞Liam says and I freeze with a spoon of icey cold cookies and cream in my mouth.
I look at Linzy and she nods her head as I finish my spoonful and I nod my head to Liam as he dips his spoon into my ice cream.

Mom wasn't home which meant that I'd be home alone with Chris and he still hadn't punished me for what had happened with Liam.

❝Pumpkin I wish I could but the court was in your mothers favor I'm really sorry sweetie...but I'll try to work something out okay.❞ He says and I smile slightly as we get into the car.
