Kelise P.O.V
Shanelle and I had basically picked back up where we left off. We both apologized for the things that was said and hugged it out like sisters are supposed to do. The night I went over to her house she stayed up all night with me and talked out different ways to handle this. First step was to tell Mel about it, and then the hard part was my notifying my parents. After letting that out, I would go from there to figure out school arrangements. There was no way I wouldn't continue to attend college.
Today Nelle had agreed to come with me to my doctors appointment to get more information on this whole thing and to get ultrasound pictures, along with a checkup. We waited for fifteen minutes before being called back. I met with Dr. Carlson and she prescribed prenatal vitamins and asked a lot of questions that made me uncomfortable. Once the basic stuff was done, it was time to do the ultrasound. I laid back as she put the cold liquid on my stomach, then she hooked the monitor up.
"Okay mama, it looks like you are about 4 weeks.", she informed me.
She took many pictures as Shanelle and I stared at the screen in shock. Once she was done she wiped the jelly off and helped me sit up. Shanelle still had the craziest look on her face.
"Alright sweetie, on your way out make sure you stop at the receptionist desk to pick up your photos and schedule an appointment for next month. If you have any questions between then just give me a call. You take care", and with that she left out of the room.
"I can't believe I'm gonna be a god mama", Shanelle said staring at the pictures from my appointment.
"A god mama? I can't believe I'm gonna be a damn parent", I spoke to her.
We had agreed to go to the mall to do a little retail therapy and catch up on each other's lives.

"Ouuu, Kelise this is pretty. You should get it", she was holding up an off-the-shoulder bodycon dress.
"See if they have one size up, I am gonna try my hardest to hide this until I'm ready to tell Mama and Daddy."
"How long do you plan on hiding this?", she asked with a raised eyebrow
"As long as I can, I don't have time for the lectures and all of the schpeels of disappointment. I already feel stupid as hell", I answer with a shrug.
"I guess, just don't drag me into that mess. I'll be there to support though."
"Enough about that... What have you been up to?", I ask.
"Nothing much. Working, getting stuff ready for school... spending time with Jon", she said the last part lowly.
"Did I just hear my bestfriend say she was spending time with the boy who's guts she hated in high school?!", I grinned at her.
"Omg yes girl dang, keep yo voice down.", she started to look around.
"Awwwww, my bestie got a boo", I cooed.
"He is not my boo. Let's get that out there.', she rolls her eyes' He has a younger sister around Missy and Bubba's age so we do little play dates. Whenever we aren't occupied with them, we sit around and chill or talk about stuff."
"Y'all sound like a blended ass family or something", I laugh.
"Shutup stupid. I swear you annoy me."
"I love you more", I blow kisses at her.
"Well, I would ask what you've been up to .... buuuuut it's pretty damn obvious", she says looking at my belly.
