Emily's POV:
It's the night before our wedding. I can't believe how quick it came up. I'm so excited and a little nervous for tomorrow. To end the night, I'm taking Ali out to dinner, a movie and a stroll through the park. She's staying at her parents tonight since it's bad luck to see each other before the wedding. I'm taking her out to a very nice restaurant so I'm dressing in black slacks, a dark blue button down with little white polka dots, a brown belt and brown dress shoes. I walk down to the kitchen and wait for Ali. A few minutes pass and she still hasn't come down. I go to the edge of the stairs and yell for her. "Ali?" I said. There was no response. Right as I was about to go up, she came around the corner. She looked amazing. She was wearing a sleek black cocktail dress with black shoes. Her hair was pulled off to one side and her make up was dark and Smokey. "Wow. You look... simply amazing." I said. "Not so bad yourself Fields." She said with a smile. I stuck my arm out and she grabbed a hold and I escorted her to the car. "Do you know what you want for dinner?" I asked her. "I think I'm actually going to get the chicken and broccoli fettuccine Alfredo. It sounds so good tonight." She said. "Hmm. that does sound pretty good. I think I'm going to get a 8 ounce steak with mashed potatoes and gravy and corn." I told her. "Maybe we can share." She said back and chuckled. When we arrive at the restaurant, I hopped out of the car and and went around to open her door and helped her out. I opened the door at the restaurant for her as well. We walked in and we were greeted by the hostess. "Good evening ladies. Just two of you tonight?" She asked. "Yes ma'am. We also have a reservation for Fields." I answered back. She led us to a quiet table in the corner of the restaurant. There were roses in a vase in the middle of the table when we arrived. The hostess sat down the menus and silverware. "Enjoy." She said with a smile.
Ali's POV:
Em made a reservation at a beautiful restaurant with a perfect table. There were even roses on our table when we got there. Our server came over and greeted us. "Good evening ladies. My name is Ross. Can I start you with a drink? We have Pepsi products, water, tea, and good selection of wine." He said. "I'll take a glass of Cabernet please." I answered. "And I'll just take a water please." Em answered. "Very well. Is there any appetizers I can start you off with? Or if you are ready, I can take your orders." We let him know that we were ready to order and he went to get our drinks. "So are you ready for tomorrow?" Em asked me. "I've never been more ready for anything in my whole life." I answered back. She just stared at me with a big smile on her face. "I love you so so so much baby." I told her. "I love you to ali. Forever." She said. We ate dinner and were ready for our bill. He came back and sat the bill on the table. "And on behalf of our staff, we would like to say congratulations. We wish you ladies a life time of happiness. It was a pleasure serving you tonight." He said as he sat down a plate that had a piece of chocolate cake on it and written in chocolate it said congratulations. "Thank you very much. That means so much." I said. He nodded his head and walked away. They even took half off of our bill. "I wasn't expecting that one. I knew they were going to do something but that was unexpected." Em said. She left him a $40 tip, which was almost a 100% tip.
Emily's POV:
After dinner we had time before our movie, so I took her to the park on a walk. The moon was perfect and so was my soon to be wife. We just walked through the park holding hands and talking about tomorrow. It's so crazy that I'm marrying the love of my life tomorrow. I thought this day would never come. We left the park and went to our movie. We got a large popcorn and a large soda with some licorice. We sat in the very back row right in the middle. I couldn't really focus on the movie. I just kept looking at Ali. She's so beautiful. I've never been so in love. She happened to look over at me when I was deep in thought. "What's wrong?" She asked. I didn't say any. I just grabbed her cheeks gently and pulled her into a soft, romantic kiss. "God I can't believe I'm actually marrying you. This feels like a dream." I said. "I know. I'm still in shock that this is happening. I can't believe I'm marrying The Emily Fields." Ali said with a smile. The movie ended and it was time to take her to her parents house. It was about 11:00 pm. We pulled up and I got her out of the car and walked her up to the door. "So I'll see you tomorrow?" I asked. "I wouldn't miss it for the world." She said back. I lightly pressed her up against the door and kissed her. She pressed her body up against me. I pulled away gently. "I'll see you at two my love. Good night." I said as I walked away. Tomorrow truly can't come fast enough.
