I bolted down hallways, stairwells and any corridor I could find to try and either a) Lose my Dad who was running as slow as possible on my tail or b) Find a door that led to outside, and I was hoping for either one. As I turned down a sharp hallway, I realized that I was in another part of a hospital. St Autumn's hospital for the mentally ill. I turned into a door way and realized that there were stairs. About eight flights going down. I groaned and threw a mini fit, stomping my feet and groaning. But I realized that my Dad was coming closer. I really had no choice. But instead of running down the stairs, I turned around, and swung open the heavy door. My Dad was standing there.

"Hadley, stop," He muttered,

"You can't leave hospital property." He smirked.

Wait... What?

"You're in St. Autumn's hospital for suicidal and mentally sick people." He threw his head back in laughter.

This was a nightmare. It had to be.

"What?" I asked.

"The Doctor's said it would be best for you to stay here. You're room C-13." He dangled a key in front of my face and I snatched it, then tossed it down the hallway, where it landed with a clank.

"Better go get it, darling. You're roommate awaits you." He crinkled his eyes and spun on his heel, walking down the long, dark hallway.

"I HATE YOU! I ALWAYS HAVE AND I ALWAYS WILL!" I cried out, collapsing to the floor, in a big heap of tears. I looked back to the hallway that I tossed the key down and cringed. I had to go get my key.

I crawled on my hands and knees, well, as best as I could, and scanned the floor for my key. I had my head down, and, of course, smashed into someone. As I slowly glanced up, I saw a girl there.

"Hi! I'm so sorry... I'm looking for a key..." My voice trailed off.

"You mean this one?" She held up a key with C-13 etched onto the side.

"Yeah! Thanks!" I stood up as the girl beamed with excitement.

"Is C-13 your room?"

"Yeah... Do you know where it is?"

"C-13 is my room! I'm Roman, or, Romy Harris." She smiled.

"Well I'm Hadley Mason." We shook hands and she inhaled.

"I'll show you to our room."

Three dark hallways and five flights of stairs later, we arrived at room C-13. The white door looked heavy, and when she unlocked it, the room was small, two beds, with a bathroom. Just like the one Harry was in.

"You can have the bed by the window... If you want. It has a good view of the parking lot..." She turned around and looked at me.

"Why are you here, if you don't mind me asking?" She asked, then sat down on the bed. I scratched the scars on my wrist.

"I don't want to talk right now..." I finally mumbled.

"Oh. Okay. Well, supper is at six, we should probably go..." Her voice trailed off and she frantically looked around the room.

"Yeah... Well you can go... I'll meet you there." I smiled slightly and she nodded.

"It was nice meeting you, Hadley." She said, as she walked out the door, closing it with a click. I sighed and collapsed onto my bed, only to hear a knocking at the door.

"Romy I said I would be there in a sec-" The door opened, and instead of Romy, Harry stood there.

"Supper's at six.. We're having steak tonight." He softly smirked and his green eyes sparkled in the sunlight.
