The next morning I raced to the bathroom to get into the shower. I apparently fell asleep right after my sexy session with Magnus and I felt crusty. It still made me smile. I didn't feel bad about what happened at all. I just felt like I had wings, just by the thought that both Magnus and I felt like this about each other. Although Magnus has no idea how I feel.

After my shower I started to pack my school stuff. I stopped when I thought came into my head.
If I want to feel more comfortable about myself and get closer to Magnus I need to loosen up and be more adventurous. Today is the day I'm going to shower with Magnus after gymclass.
I smiled to myself in the mirror. "You can do this!"

Izzy came racing into my room half an hour later.

"Are you ready for our epic trip!? We'll all meet up here after school and you and Magnus are done with track practice. I can't wait anymore. It's going to be the most amazing birthday you've ever had big brother."

I hugged her tight.

"Izzy, I'm so excited about this trip. I can't wait for all of us to have fun.
So are you going to tell me a few details today. We are after all going today."

"Nope! She grinned. You will see everything when we're there. Don't spoil my fun of having these secrets from you. We all want you to remember your 18th birthday forever."

I gave her another hug when Mom called. "Guys! Get down here for breakfast. I want to enjoy your faces a few minutes before you leave this afternoon."

Magnus came strolling up the steps to the school and I wanted to bad to take him into my arms and kiss him. But I guess it would look really odd. Especially because he doesn't know what we did last night. Or more what I did. I'm pretty sure he found himself crusty as well this morning.

The thought made me smile.

"Hi Alexander. Ready for today?"

"I told you I'm ready for you." I winked at him.

He laughed out loud. "I'm sooo gonna kick your ass ad track practice. Just you wait."

Simon stood next to us and smiled. "You guys are so funny to watch. You look like an old bantering married couple."

Magnus smacked Simon on the shoulder. "Hey, I'm neither old, nor married. Yet!" He winked at me and walked thought the main entrance.

The school day wouldn't end today. I couldn't concentrate on anything in my classes. I even asked to be excused from math for some mintures, with the pretence that I had to use the bathroom.
I kind of had, but that was to get myself to calm down. I had been day dreaming about what Magnus could have dreamt last night. Note to myself. 'Not a good idea to daydream about that subject at school'.

Jace even asked if I was ok, when I came back. He said I was kind of flushed.
I told him I was fine. I had just been running back to class.
That's one of the good things about being an A-student. People think you are obsessed about learning and he honestly thought I had been running back, to not miss anything in class.

Finally we could meet the others at lunch.
In line for lunch Izzy whispered to me, that she had spoken to Magnus about my brilliant idea about the meadow tonight and that she had called the lodge earlier to ask them to pack everything that we would need including a big amazing picnic bag.
I couldn't stop smiling. She had no clue that she and Simon was a part of our sneaky plan.
