Eric's POV

so lastnight after me and kev made up with kace, we watched a movie and they both fell asleep. so I took kacey up to her room and lay her on her bed. I kissed her on her forehead and told her I loved her. going back down the stairs I heard shufflin, so I figured kev's up.

"you ready to go kev"i asked

"yea lemme go tell kace goodnight before we go"he replied

that boy has been in love with our bestfriend since we were kids.am not even gonna lie, seeing her tonight brought back some feelings I had for her. yea yeA I know what yall are thinking am her best friend,  especially the protective one and am crushing on her. Only if she would see how we feel.  But I prefer Her to be with kev if she should ever come to her senses and see how we feel. yall would say thats a stupid thing to do but I prefer to have all my friends than one of em. am not selfish.  I was so deep in thought I didn't even see when kev came back.

"what you thinking bout man?"kev asked me

"just you guys, our friendship and how in love you are with her."I said smirking at the last part

"w-w-whaatt? a-a-am not in l-lo-ve with kacey."he said stuttering

laughing so hard hard it too me a minute to get the words out "dude you are such a terrible lier you even believe the words that are coming outta ya mouth"

"am not lying"he said tryna be serious but I saw the small peeking out

"dude come on, we've been frienda since we were in the 1st grade, I know when you is lying.plus when you lying you stutter. yo ass aint low, so man up amd admit it.you love kace"

"ok fine, I love the girl but its not like she'll ever see that.that devil of a boyfriend she got, have her wrapped around his fingers"

"I don't trust that boy, the first time I saw his, he gave me that bad vibe.what does she see in him anyway. I can tell by the looks a things that he putting his hands on her."

"he is, but when I confront her about it, she gon tell me how he's sorry and how he makes it up to her.if he's sorry, he won't do it again. we got into an argument one time because I told her to stop letting him hit on her, but she ont listen.so what ama do."

"ama keep an eye on them.by the way am coming back to school, so Its gon be high school Musical in that bitch when I get there."I said in that girly voice

kev busted out laughing and said "you are so stupid bruh"

"but you like it"i said in the gayest voice ever which caused kev to laugh harder

"and gay too"he said still laughing

since this nigga wanna call me gay ama show him gay

"kev babe, don't laugh at me, you know ma feelings get easily hurt when you laugh at me. I thought you love me boo."I said acting like a girl, I was going in with that shit too. so after five minutes of me and kev acting gay, yes kev acts gay too thats how we play, but whatever. after we finish turning up. I dapped him and we went our separate ways.

when I went home that night, I though about what kev said about him being in love with kace. him admitting to that means am making the right choice by keeping my feelings a secret.i mean kacey is beautiful, she's smart, intelligent, she got that body and she fun.i mean when me and kev be acting gay, she be acting like the dude.i cant give that up because of selfish reasons.

but what pisses me off is that, that fool a hers be putting his hands on her. the next time I hear or see him do it, ama break his neck and with that last thought I fell asleep.

Kevin's POV

after I came home, I was replaying everything that happened with me kace n eric today.yoo I swear eric is soo gay heheheh.but am glad I let ma feelings out though, even though its to the wrong person . But something caught ma eye. when I admitted to eric that I do love kace, he had this look in his eye that was there for about a minute, but then its gone.maybe I was being paranoid.but I'll ask him if he likes kace tomorrow.because if he does, I prefer her to pick him over me if she does realize our feelings for her n she has to choose. atleast I'll finally sleep at night knowing she's in good hands. and with that I fell asleep.

is kevin really gonna confront eric? What's eric gonna say? will kacey ever realize that her two best friends love her more than she thinks?
