I forgot I had this account lmao

Keith and Lance sat next to each other, blushing and not making eye contact, as they held hands underneath the table.

Lunch was very awkward, to say the least.  Lance and Keith were both quiet and Allura got suspicious. Eventually they gave up holding hands because Allura kept trying to see what they were doing.

"So I heard you've never been swimming Keith," she started.

"Um well not a lot. Maybe 3 times? I like to swim though," he replied cautiously. "Well why don't you and lance go for a swim? I mean I'm sure he'd love to show you where the pool is and everything."  She was smirking now.

Keith got very flustered at what she was suggesting, though it was true and became grumpy. "Yeah sure," he mumbled and crossed his arms, not hungry any more.

That one bad mood set off Lances bad mood. Which made everyone wary of them.

After lunch, there was a lot of tension between them. Not the, have sex and it's gone, tension. More like the, if you look at me wrong I'll clobber you, tension.

"The pool is right this way," Lance stated after they were changed into swimwear.

Keith followed him to an elevator.

They got in and Lance clicked a button.

It was very awkward and Lance didn't like he tension, so he decided to express his feelings with Keith by talking to him.

"Look, you stay on on side of the pool and I'll stay on the other."

Keith scoffed and rolled his eyes.

What in the world did he do to make Lance upset again?

The elevator shook and stopped.

"Ehh is this supposed to do that," Keith questioned. It jolted again and Lance fell onto Keith, both of them blushing.

"Uh sorry," Lance said lingering a bit then trying to stand, only resulting in another tremor of the elevator and Lance falling again.

Lance sputtered, not knowing what to say. It was pretty awkward for both of them; especially considering the camera in the corner.

When the tremors appeared to cease, Lance stood up. Then there was another tremor that caused the doors to open and Lance stumbled nearly dallying out.

"Lance!"

As quick as light, Keith was on his feet, grabbing lances wrist and pinning him to the opposite side of the elevator.

"That was close," Keith said out of breath and adrenaline pumping through his veins.

"You saved my life," Lance said surprised. Keith thought Lance looked adorable when he is vulnerable.

"It's not over yet Lance.  You see the square hatch in the ceiling? Can you help me reach it?"

That is how Keith and Lance ended up arms linked, and their feet against the wall, working together to reach the top. "Sort of like in the Emperors New Groove," Lance thought.

They almost slipped a few times, causing even more adrenaline to course through them.

"Lance look!"  Lance looked and saw a square in the side of the wall near Keith.

"It'll be tricky but that's our way out," Keith said.

They reached it and Keith kicked it open, quickly grabbing Lance and sliding in.

Lance was screaming the whole way down.

They were released onto the floor, luckily no broken bones or human cushions.

"Lance? Why is the pool on the ceiling?"

"Is that not normal?"

"Nope."  They were so exhausted they stayed there on the floor for a bit.

"That's never happened before," Lance spoke, breaking the silence.

And they burst into giggles. They were laughing so hard, they decided not to go swimming and eventually collapsed into lances room, both on the floor, snoring. Allies even has proof that they cuddled up to each other, though they'll both deny it.
