Chapter 2:

Sophia's POV

"Thank the lord, the week is finally over" said Lana. "IKR! So let's watch The Pros of being a Floorflower!" spoke Cara. The two then bickered about Logan Lautner and who is best suited to be his girlfriend. Psshh. They both know that they don't stand a chance.

"Oh c'mon let's do something exciting!" I say. "Like what?" the two said in unison. While we were brainstorming. "Let's go shopping!" yelled Cara excitedly. Lana gave her a smack on the head and muttered something about stupidity. Cara replied by screaming something about messing up her very expensive hairstyle. These two were too much.

While the two enjoyed their squabble I decided to step outside for some fresh air. Oh and guess what? My parents had decided to let Jacob and his family stay in our palace for the time being. And he was currently standing outside in the balcony of the tower he was staying in.

I mean the town has hundreds of available manors, why do my parents have to be oh so generous and allow the jerkface to live here? So damn infuriating. I mean he hasn't done anything to intentionally harm me but his presence pissed me off. It was like hate at first sight.

As stand on the balcony of my bedroom, a voice calls out.

"Hey Princess!" He said. "Guess what? We're neighbors". He says with a grin.

Even in through the darkness, his sexiness shone through. Did I just say that?

"So if you're done eye raping me, I'd like a reply." Jacob speaks.

"Whatever. So how're your liking the town?" I asked trying to be civil.

"This town sucks balls. The place feels so barren and the streets are less than the standard. The parks aren't green enough and the water's not that clear. This town needs a makeover." Jacob replied.

The attempt to be civil dissappeard. "Oh really? I heard Georgiovilled was a real dump. Too much crime and too little enforcement. Isn't that why you ran away Jakey?" I retort with a smug smile.

"At least you care about your kingdom." Jacob mutters under is breath.

For a moment there I saw his eyes darken, or was it the dimness of the light tricking me? Oh well. While we bickered back and forth I heard the snoring from the girls downstairs. So typical. "Wait, I'll be right back, I need to check on the girls."

"Alright Princess, don't miss me too much." He replied.

Rolling my eyes, I walked away. The sight of Cara and Lana was hilarious. Cara's foot was on Lana's face and vice versa. Being the perfect best friend and capturer of amusing Instagram snaps, I decided to take a picture.

Remembering an awaiting Jacob, I walked up to the balcony again. We were actually having a nice time. Maybe he wasn't as bad as I thought he would be. I opened the door and almost screamed with surprise.

There he was trying on my favorite corset and bonnet. "Look at me, I'm little Bo Peep!" Jacob said with a grin. I would've laughed along except Jacob whateverhislastnameis was trying on my new tailored corset. I swear to go I was going to murder him.

"Take it off!" I shrieked. "Take it off NOW, or I swear to god Jacob I'm going to murder you!" I screamed. Sensing the venom in my voice, he ran. That bitch.

"YOU CAN RUN BUT YOU CAN'T HIDE." I called, running after that jackass.

"Catch me if you can Princess" He mocked.

I finally grabbed him. I was about to beat the crap out of him for stretching my new corset, but a voice interrupted me. "What's going on?" asks a sleepy Cara. I freeze giving Jacob the perfect opportunity to run. I was going to murder Cara for that one.

He managed to sneak out the balcony door and jump over to his tower area. And there I was standing there, screaming his name, being way too lazy to actually walk over there and take my revenge. This is not how I wanted to spend my girls' night.

Giving up, I sulk back to my house. "Good Night, Princess." He calls. I stick my tongue out at him and flip him off. "Aww, is the whiny wittle Princess in distress?" He teases. Only if he knew the whole truth.

"Sweet dreams, Cinderella." He whispers and retreats from his window.

Cinderella. Now I'm blusing.

Stupid. Stupid Stupid. Don't let his charms and sweet words fool you like that. He's just like him. No I can't let myself think about him. Ugh. Why? Why do I have to think about him? He ruined me, and I wasn't going to be ruined again. I don't, I won't, I can't, I shan't fall for Jacob. I cannot get my heart broken a second time.

With that thought lingering in the back of my mind I got into bed with the soft snoring of my lazy ass best friends. Gotta love 'em.
