Chapter 8

Elsa woke up, finding Kai sleeping next to her. She jerked up in fear and stared at him. His white hair was extremely messy.

"How did you get here?"

Kai yawned and said, "What?"

"Why are you in my bed?"

Kai shrugged. "I don't know."

Elsa gazed at him with wide eyes as he stretched out. He was very slender and slightly muscular.

"Where are we going to go today?" The queen asked.

"I don't know. I just want to go on a walk... Alone."

"Okay."

Elsa watched Kai walk out of her room. She stood up and glared at herself in the mirror. Her hair was messy and she still had the cut on her arm. The black-eye she once had was faded, but it she could still feel the pain. She brushed out her messy hair and braided it. She walked out of her room and stood in the halls.

Anna walked out of her room. Her hair was extremely messy and there was a large scar on her eye; just like Han's.

"Where did that come from?" Elsa asked. She was terrified.

"The scar?" Anna said. "I don't know. It hurts really badly. Wait- where's Kristoff?"

The princess sprinted into all of the rooms in the hallway. She then ran up to her sister and yelled, "He's gone!"

Why is everyone randomly disapearing? Elsa thought. "We'll find him," She said. They walked out of the castle... In their sleepwear.

Sven trotted up to the castle doors and bellowed as the sisters approached him.

"I'll ride him," Anna said. She leaped onto Sven's back.

"Do you know how to?" Elsa asked.

"I have experience. I can ride a horse."

"It's a pony."

"Oh, same difference!" The princess said. She suddenly slipped off of the reindeer and landed on her back. "Ow!"

Just then, Lupus crept up to Sven, growling. He swiftly bit his snout and let out a ferocious bark. The reindeer bellowed angrily and backed away from the wolf.

"Hey!" Anna kicked Lupus in his snout. "Stay away!" The wolf whimpered and cowered down, covering his nose with his paws.

"Don't do that!" Elsa yelled. She picked up Lupus. He was smaller and thinner than most wolves in the forest. He must have been a lone wolf. "This wolf needs to protect Arendelle."

Anna rolled her eyes and stood up. She hopped back onto Sven and raced out into the forest.

Elsa stared at Lupus. "Come with me," She said to him. "We need to help Anna. I still can't loose her."

The wolf obeyed and followed the queen into the forest.
