Daphne heard Patricia yelling things about Joy to Mara as they had left the door open, "And why are you still obsessed with making her departure an incident?"

The brunette leaned against the doorframe, looking at Patricia who had squinted at her, "Why do you care?" The redhead crossed her arms, rolling her eyes, "You didn't even care the day Joy went missing."

Daphne scoffed at her, not believing what she was hearing, "Look, I don't care whether you think I care about Joy or not. What I do care about is you going around causing trouble for the rest of us."

Mara looked between the two girls, not one for confrontations. "If something truly did happen to Joy, her parents would've contacted the school or even you by now," Daphne sighed, repeating her words from earlier in the week.

"And with how you've been treating Nina, you definitely should apologise to her. The poor girl was traumatised thanks to you," Daphne realised she wouldn't be getting any response from Patricia making her leave to her room for a change of clothes.

The redhead sighed, looking back at Mara, "You agree with Devi, don't you?" Mara shrugged, not denying as she did have a point. "If Victor does confront you about the file, maybe you should just deny."

"No, Mara!" Patricia exclaimed, her eyes widening as she stared at the shorter girl in front of her, "There is some sort of conspiracy going on and we have to find out what it is."

Jerome sat on the couch facing the dining table and kitchen after changing out of his uniform. He had his laptop on his lap, looking for movies that Daphne might enjoy for their movie nights.

"So, how's things between you and Amber since this whole kissing incident?" Jerome paused his search as he watching Mick kick a football in the room.

"I'm not going to talk to you about Amber, dude." Mick shook his head at him, knowing he'd be the last person to go to with relationship problems.

At that moment, Daphne had came into the living room, journal and pen in hand. She smiled at Mick. who returned one, as she went to sit next to Jerome. "Only asking," Jerome bowed his head, lifting his hands up as if surrendering.

"Hey, I love that movie," Daphne gasped at one of the titles on Jerome's computer screen. "Yeah?" Jerome smiled at her, clicking on it so he could download it. The Desi girl nodded excitedly.

"I used to watch it almost every weekend since my Aunty got the CD for me," Jerome smiled at the idea of little Daphne watching the Bollywood every weekend. "My mum would actually put on the Om Shanti Om album just so I would sit still for dinner," She admitted making Jerome laugh in shock.

"Oh, Mick." Jerome looked back to the athlete after downloading the movie. "I do have my ear to the ground if you need any information."

"No thanks," Daphne glanced up to see the athlete kicking the football before scrolling through the list of movies on Jerome's computer. "I think I've got it covered," Mick focussed on the ball, not bothering to look at the boy.

"Of course, you're Mick," Jerome said with a smirk on his face, having an idea. "Yep," Mick was really focussed on the football making Daphne tilt her head in amusement.

"As if you wouldn't know about your girlfriend and Alfie. What was I thinking?" Jerome commented, wrapping his arm around Daphne, looking down at his computer. He clicked to download Austin Powers making Daphne giggle as she knew it was his guilty pleasure.

"What?" Mick exclaimed confused, holding the football for a second before continuing kicking it. "Alfie and Amber, in the laundry room last night," Jerome looked up, pointing to where the laundry room was.
