The particle "Kara" is adirection indicators or place of origin- "from"
Example:
Eigo (English) - Nihongo
1. I am from Philippines - Watashi wa Firipin "kara" desu.
2.She is from Japan - Kanojo wa Nihon "kara" desu.
3.The student is from America - Gakusei wa Amerika "kara" desu.
4. He is from Manila - Kare wa Manira "kara" desu.
5.The foreigner is from Malaysia - Gaijin wa Mareshya "kara" desu.
6. The child is from Japan - Kodomo wa Nihon "kara" desu.
The particle "Kara" is also used to indicate a person.
1. The ballpen (borupen) is from Mei - Borupen wa Mei-san "kara" desu.
2. The eraser (keshigomu) is from the foreigner - Keshigomu wa gaijin "kara" desu.
3. The book (hon) is from my teacher - Hon wa watashi "no" sensei "kara" desu.
4. The book (hon) is from Mike - Hon wa Mike-san "kara" desu.
5. The paper (kami) is from Tomoya'a friend - Kami wa Tomoya-san "no" tomodachi "kara" desu.
