Difference of “Hajimemashite” and “Doozo yoroshiku”
“Hajimemashite”
This expression which literally means “For the first time” (to see you) corresponds to “How do you do?” or “I'm glad to meet you” in English.
“Doozo yoroshiku"
This expression literally means “Please be good to me” (from now on) or “how do you do?”. It is similar to “Hajimemashite”, which sounds like little formal. The two expressions are sometimes used together.
