Taehyung scurries towards the porch at the back of the castle, where Jungkook is already waiting for him
>>Come on, you're late!<<
>>I'm sorry, I had to finish some work off, but did they start yet?<<
Jungkook shakes his head no, so Taehyung sits down, then tosses the other boy some sandwiches with butter and jam that he took out of the kitchens, so the Master's face brightens at the sight
>>Did you steal them red-head?<<
Taehyung nods, and then gestures for them both to hide, as Yoongi and Jimin approach the back garden. They're talking quietly as always, hushed voices that give no hint to the spying boys of what these two are whispering about. The two stop beside a big bush of white roses, and Jimin faces Yoongi, gray eyes in the same clear tones of the other Agàpe's. Yoongi is holding Jimin's hand, and after a quick exchange of kisses on both cheeks, the duo takes their positions on the field. Jimin pulls off of his shoulders his cloak and sighs, ready for the training.
The reason as for why Taehyung and Jungkook are hiding is because, for some some unknown reason, Jimin is acting like a literal zombie, his mood is down and he's not playing with them anymore, from days now, and it's odd. Other than that, the entire castle seems to be frantic and full of movement, but none of the two know why that is. Jimin's tailor is in and out of the palace at any hour of the day, but all of this hyperactivity could also depend on Jimin's incoming eighteenth birthday party.
But now this. Yoongi and Jimin so close? Never saw something like that before. Jimin has respect and admiration for Yoongi, but finds him very boring, they never spend time together, and it's all just too odd.
Taehyung gives a weirded-out look to Jungkook, but says nothing, meanwhile the other's head is filled with incredulous whispers by the voices. He lost count of how many of those he can hear, there are too many, and seeing Jimin acting all nice to someone else is making them go crazy, it makes them roar in his head, Jungkook doesn't know why he's reacting like this to their closeness, but still, he doesn't want to watch the training anymore, so he walks back inside quietly, leaving Taehyung alone. Unluckily Jungkook doesn't even have the courtesy to admit to himself that he's infatuated deeply with Jimin. It was love at first sight, since day one. And it's sad to say, so the Eros chooses to ignore it anyway.
Jimin and Yoongi are unaware of what happens on the porch and, after a bit, Taehyung too leaves silently, too guilty to spy on his closest friend.
The lesson is simple and easy to learn, like always, and when Jimin goes back to his room, as it is finished, ahead of the door waiting for him he finds Taehyung, so he invites him inside. Taehyung fiddles with one long braided strand of red hair and looks the other way as Jimin changes clothes
