Since last month, when Jungkook has been so scared by Jimin's incoherent rambling about the water-well, Giselle and him, who are the ones who always see him before going to bed, are in charge of giving him sedatives to sleep, mixing them with the tea.
And he does sleep, a lot actually. He never wakes up before midday, but that's normal, even if it saddens Jungkook a lot that not only Jimin doesn't know about all of this, but he spends half of his days sleeping, and when he's awake he's always dazed and tired. Plus, given that the Prince skips breakfast he even lost a bit of weight, not to the point it's concerning, but still, he was in perfect body shape before, now he's looking so fragile.
Headaches are frequent, constant he'd say, so he's not even very talkative. He's in stall with the training, he can't push himself too much, so they've been reduced to three hours per week, which is really too little time to learn, maybe it's just enough to keep his elements in shape. When he's out the bed he studies and takes care of a few things, the cult case for example, since it concerns him first and foremost, he takes personally care of it. Basically Jungkook sees him at night, but during the day there's very little time, Jimin's schedule is too packed given that he only has half a day everyday.
The elder wants to tell him about the sedatives, but if he does and Jimin doesn't understand his needs to take them and stops, then it might be a huge problem, so he keeps shut, making of himself the partner in crime of the Min siblings, of the King and Queen as well.
Jimin is still unaware, but he's concerned about his sleeping habits nowdays, too long and deep.
By the way he's very happy about Giselle's pregnancy, now she's at the second month, everyone just wishes the fetus is healthy and safe, the Prince can finally sigh in relief, his job for now is done, Giselle has their kid, so he can be with Jungkook a little more.
Now the Aether sleeping, and apparently is a calm night for the boy, because he's peaceful and his face seems relaxed. Or that's what it looks like to Jungkook, who's with him right now. There's a quiet knock on the door of his bedroom, then Yoongi intrudes silently, without asking for permission even.
Jungkook tugs the covers of the bed more on Jimin's sleeping form, making sure there's nothing but his face out. He knows Yoongi saw probably everything of Jimin already given that he's his 'doctor', but still..

Jungkook has to gulp down, there's a knot at the base of his throat. Of course that diary has been read and re-read countless times and no one found anything interesting in it in the past years, but maybe Jimin and Yoongi will, Jimin as an Aether and Yoongi as the expert he appears to be. Maybe that thing contains the solution to the riddle. And if not the solution, at least a piece of the puzzle
