"So, what did you do with Eunjae?" Nara asked, really curious about how the gentle boy treated her.

Third POV - Flashback

(Before June visits Nara in the prison)

After packing her things, June decided he went down to find the anxious Eunjae. He had to tell her some things before we went.

There she was, with a magazine on her hands and her big frame glasses hanging low on her nose bridge, she was probably waiting patiently for him. But she wouldn't have to wait again for him. Never again.

'Oh, June. I didn't notice you there. Did you pack her things?'

'Yes Eunjae, here they are.' He brought up his occupied hand and she nodded.

'If I were you I'd have put them in fire. She doesn't deserve to be well treated. I just cannot understand why did she do this. She will be punished though, wait for it!' She said, with an angry tone and face.

'You know Eunjae, I don't know when you became like this. And why of course.' He said, without regretting it. She took off her glasses and looked at him confused.

'You see Eunjae, you weren't like that before. Why do you ask for her punishment? Isn't punishment enough the fact that she has had a miserable life? Why do you think she pushed us to be a couple? Hell, we are not a couple Eunjae, not even together. This, this was all fake. You felt it too!' He barked and she looked down.

'You know June, I really liked you. And still do.'

'But I don't like you. I don't like people like you. She once told me you were a great person, you care for your friends and you put them first priority. So I don't get why you changed an 19 year old built character in what, two or three days?'

'I didn't change! This, this is how I am!'

'Even before Nara comes, I heard the best about you. The market owner- he said you are a selfless person- and that's why you will succeed in life. In fact, he mentioned to me that when someone broke in his market, you gave him enough money to repair whatever he had to. What person would do that? No one, yet you did it. I also heard that you want to communicate with even more people, and find about their lives. When you do that, will you also let your jealousy come front and finish them?'
These words seem to have hit a nerve. Eunjae started crying, but June wasn't going to comfort her. She needed to wake up, for her own good.

'So that's why I'm leaving Eunjae. You are not a bad person, we both believe it. Heck, even Nara in prison doesn't blame you. You need to put aside all this hatred you have. You need to be that better person you once was. Please don't wait for me- ever. We are not meant to be together.'

'And are you meant to be with her? Because news flash June!! She's going to leave in some days and forget you!! She will never search for you!! But I'll always be in the same country with you!'

'Goodbye Eunjae.' June said and left. Eunjae ran behind him though

'You'll come back to me!! She'll never be like me!! She's so broken, she cannot be glued!' She shouted, but June walked, because if he stopped walking, she would have seen who's the broken here.

End of POV

'Oh, not much. I told her that we do not really suit each other, and we said our goodbyes.' He shrugged. Some things are better left unsaid, or better lie about them- for our sake -he thought.
