"Wow okay, I was just in the same room with Leonardo DiCaprio, the love of my life since I was 7, and didn't say anything." Samantha groaned.
"Babe, you'll have another chance, don't sweat it." Madison reassured Samantha as she stepped out of the car.
Samantha nodded sadly. "I'll see you tomorrow."
"Hey! The winners of the Leo contest are announced tomorrow! I know you'll win!" Madison added with a wink, slamming the car door behind her.
"I highly doubt that." Samantha grumbled to herself. On her ride home, she thought about everything. She thought about Leo's laugh, his smile, and his smirk before he left the shop. Her heart beat fast as she thought of how tall he was, and imagined how good he smell—
"Stop being weird!" Samantha yelled out loud to herself. She sighed as she walked to her apartment, her French bulldog, Jessie, greeting her at the door. "Hi baby! Hi! Hello!!"
After a relaxing bath and a delicious dinner of Mac and cheese, Sam lay in bed, Jessie by her side. She closed her eyes and drifted into dreams of Leo, Love, and donut shops.
