My mind is clouded with thoughts of deleting everyone from Earth. I’m a Cyberman. How did this even happen?
“Shut up, insolent man. Nobody cares how this happened. Just be glad that it did.” The evil version of me declares.
“Why are you in my head? How is this even possible?” I ask myself.
“Because we are smart and you are nothing more than a fool, Doctor.”
“I can fight you, I don’t want to, but I will.” I threaten.
He laughs. “Good luck with that.”
I open my real eyes and am staring at Niall, Sarah, and Kyle. Machary is struggling to get up.
“You, start talking. Now.” Niall barks at me.
“I don’t know what to say. There’s-” I jolt forward and the evil me takes over. “You honestly can’t trust him. I mean me. I could really hurt you. You should stay away. I’m dangerous.”
“No. You aren’t.” Sarah’s hand touches my arm. I don’t see it but I do feel it. My other version has pushed me back into my mind. I’m not in control of my own body anymore.
“Think!” Nothing but an echo fills my mind.
“Murder…” It whispers back.
I jolt forward and am in control again. “You have to help me. I’m trapped in here.” I tap my temple. “There isn’t much-”
I’m back in my brain. “Oh no! No no no! Stop, please! I’m begging you!” I scream within the walls of my brain.
“You should really never trust a man with a bow tie.” Evil-Me says.
Jolt. Back in control. “Please listen to me! You’re in danger! Go, run! Anything! Just get away from me or you’ll-”
Now we’re both in my mind. He grabs my tweed and pushes me into a dark room. My secrets room. Holding all my darkest thoughts. He slams the door shut and I hear it lock. I bash my hands into it. “No please! Let me out!” I cry.
“I cannot do that. This is my body and mind now, Doctor. Have fun watching images of me murdering your beloved friends because that’s what I’m going to do. You should have become a Cyberman, so you didn’t ever have to feel anything ever again. Farewell Doctor.”
Then he’s gone and I’m trapped, waiting to let the ones I tried to save die.
