No. No. This can’t be happening. She can’t be gone.

“Where is she? Where’d my wife go?” I ask in a panic-stricken voice.

            “Oliver.” Kyle murmurs.

            I stare at him. “How?”

“He used his Vortex Manipulator and just took her.”

            “We have to find h‒”

“Yeah, how do you plan on finding her, Niall? She could be anywhere with him right now. God knows what he’s done or plans to do to her.” Kyle announces, running his fingers through his hair in frustration.

“She needs me. I promised her I’d never let him hurt her again…”

“The TARDIS.” The Doctor says quietly.

            “What about the TARDIS?”

The Doctor raises his head and gazes at me. “It can track exact coordinates.”

            “Then we have to go.”

He laughs nervously. “I kind of need my key for us to do anything.”

I smile sheepishly. “Oh, right, sorry.” I toss him the key and he catches it.

He unlocks the TARDIS and we all step inside. I feel my phone buzzing in my pocket and blindly answer it. “We’re at the top of Big Ben. Hurry, she’s falling and doesn’t even know it yet.” Then the line goes dead.

            “Who was that?” Kyle questions.

            “Oliver.” I whisper.

“What?” His eyebrows furrow. “Where is he?”

“He said they’re at the top of Big Ben. He even quoted one of my lines from when I was part of the band.”

            “What was the quote?”

“I’m not sure what it signifies but it was ‘she’s falling, doesn’t even know it yet’.”

            “That’s not good…” He mutters.

“What? Kyle, what is it? Is she in danger?”

He nods, swallowing hard. “He’s going to push her out of Big Ben. She’s going to fall and doesn’t even know it.”

            “Oh my God.” I whisper.

“I have the coordinates set; I have a plan on how to save her too.” The Doctor declares.

            “What is it?”

“When he pushes her, you’ll open the door and catch her. If you miss…”

“I won’t, Doctor. I’ll make damn sure I catch her.”

He nods. “I always had my suspicions about Oliver; I just never thought he’d do what he did. I never thought he’d go crazy like that.”

“And now he’s holding my wife hostage and is going to murder her.” Suddenly it dawns on me. “Doctor, what if Oliver lied to me?”
