Oh God. This day is quickly becoming worse and worse. Viper has crashed my wedding, Oliver has been severely beaten, and now my husband has been knocked unconscious. My life is spiraling out of control. Why did I have to meet Oliver in the first place? All he’s done is screw my life up.

I crumple to my knees and attempt to move my husband on his back. I touch his face, his chest moves up and down slowly. Thank goodness he’s at least still breathing. “Oh Ni, please get up. Please be okay. I don’t want to lose you, I love you.”

Nothing. He still lays there unconscious.

Suddenly arms come around me and I can’t move. I cry out in surprise. I’m held against my will. “Let go of me!” I shout, trying to wriggle free.

Whoever’s holding me tightens their grip. “Hold still.”

It’s Kyle. What? No. He would never betray me.

“Kyle, please, let me go. Please don’t do this. You wouldn’t hurt me.”

I hear him sigh in my ear. “I’m sorry. I should’ve known Oliver would sabotage today. You need to play along; our lives could depend on it.

“Please don’t hurt me.” I whisper.

“I would never hurt me. You have to trust me, Sarah.

            “I do.

“Good, lean back into my chest.

            “Why?

“Just do as you’re told.” He orders.

I obey and he pulls something out of his pocket. He throws it at Viper and it pierces his chest. Oh my God, it was a knife. Viper drops almost instantly and I’m not sure if he’s dead or fatally injured.

“You son of a bitch!” Oliver yells. “You killed the only person who can save me.”

“You don’t deserve to be saved. You’ve made us all suffer enough. You’re a backstabber.” Felix growls. I’ve never seen him angry before.

“How long have you been planning this, Oliver?” Kyle asks.

            “A couple days.”

Kyle pulls the knife out of Viper’s chest and hauls Oliver to his feet. “I’m going to try and compromise with you, Oliver. You have one of two choices: you will either leave the Horans alone and never, ever come back or I’m going to end your miserable life. I’m sick and tired of the hell you keep causing. You can either leave and never come back or you can choose to die. It’s your choice. We can do this the easy way,” He holds the knife up, “or we can do this the hard way. Make your choice.”

“You won’t‒do it. You can’t. You don’t have‒the guts.” He stammers. He’s struggling to breathe.

Kyle stabs the knife into his thigh. He screams out in pain, falling to his knees. Kyle grabs hold of his shirt collar. “Don’t mess with me, Oliver. I have given you so much mercy, but it’s run dry and I will not hesitate to kill you. I killed Jerry, I killed Viper, I’ll kill you too.”

“Then do it. I have nothing left to live for anyway. She’ll never love me.”

“That doesn’t mean you had to crash my wedding. You know I love Niall and no one else. I married him for a reason. No one will ever change that. You of all people should know how loyal I am.”

“Your wet pussy the other day begs to differ.” He sneers.

I cringe. How could he ever do this to me? I had no way to defend myself. “I didn’t enjoy any of that. I wouldn’t even let my husband take advantage of me like that.”

“He will, just you wait. He’s brainwashed you all.”

“You’re delusional, Oliver.” The Doctor chimes in. I forgot he was here. He’s been silent this whole time.

“No, you’re wrong. You’ll all pay.”

            “Leave, Oliver.” Felix orders.

He stands, wincing from his leg wound. “You’re all going to pay. Every single one of you.”

Kyle, Felix, the Doctor, and I all glare at him. “Get. Out.” Kyle says.

Oliver scowls. He types something into his Vortex Manipulator and presses down on it so he disappears. I sigh in relief.

Oh shit, my husband is still unconscious.

“Kyle, we need to get Niall to the hospital. He might be badly hurt.” I declare.

He nods. “We’ll carry him to his car. I can drive.”

Suddenly the lights begin flickering and the room becomes strangely ominous. I feel as though I’m being watched. I get goosebumps all over my body. I rub my arms that are suddenly cold. “Do you guys feel that?”

The three of them nod. The Doctor pulls his sonic screwdriver out. It buzzes as he checks for other life forms. “Things are going to get very, very bad very, very quickly.”

“Why? Doctor, what’s going to happen?”

            “We’re going to be invaded.”

A/N: I know it's pretty late, I'm sorry. I really wanted to update though! I know it's quite short but here's another new chapter, Regenerators! I hope you're enjoying the book thus far, even though it's going to be ending sometime soon. I don't know exactly how book 2 will end. That determines whether there's a Regen. 3 or not, though I highly doubt I'll end it where it needs another book. It all depends. You'll find out soon enough! Thank you for the support and everything else you guys do! I sincerely appreciate it! <3 :)
