I was in the car as I waited for Jason and Layla to come out. Layla came out first "my brother is going to take 20 minutes he said he has some business to take care of after school" she said and played with her phone. Great I like how she was completely okay with it i could imagine what type of business he was doing.

He got in the car after making me wait almost an hour and didn't even apologize. They showed me the way to their house. It was a pretty beat up neighborhood but I was never one to judge. We get into the house and Layla quickly took me to a room before I could snoop around.

We worked on the project for a what seemed forever. After that she brought some snacks and we talked about everything.

"let me see your keys" i turned to see Jason leaning on the wall "why" I asked in confusion "I'm Park it in the garage you don't leave a car like that parked outside in a neighborhood like this" he said getting closer to me I sighed and gave them to him.

He soon came back and gave me the keys "I'm leaving" he said as he hugged Layla. I was confused where was he going it was practically night.

Layla said she'll be back she's going to shower I nodded.

I was leaning on the window when something caught my eye a few streets ahead there were people. I quickly ran out to see what the fuss was all about

I was shocked Jason was standing there fighting a guy. This was no playing around they were full on fighting and in the middle of the street! Was this even legal what if the cops came wait what there were some police men and they cheered!

Suddenly Jason looked me straight in the eye and he smirked?? The other dude hit him straight on his jaw and he dropped to the floor. I was about to run to him but someone had stopped me "don't he's fine trust me" Layla said to me.

I sighed "how is he fine he just got knocked out..." I turned to see Jason on top of the other dude what is going on??The other guy was almost unconscious no wait I think he was unconscious.

Then I saw a guy went up to Jason "your winner again is Jason Hunter" the dude handed Jason money. Some people cheered others were angry okay?

We went back inside and saw a lady passed out on the couch with a box of finished beers by her side. I was embarrassed so didn't ask any questions we walked to Layla's room.

"I'll be back I have a late night date with Conner don't wait up on me I'll be back late" she said as she applied some lipgloss "I want you back before sunrise!" Jason yelled from his room.

After a while I got the creeps being alone in her room so I went next door. "Can I stay here for a little and don't get any dirty thoughts" I said "i was about to say I got a box of condoms under my bed" he smirked at me. I ignored his comment and looked around his room observing it.

I sat next to him and saw his face was bleeding "Where's your first aid kit" I asked "I don't need it I've been worse" he said, wow was he stubborn I looked and saw one by his bed.

I smiled and opened it "let me help you before you get worse" he eventually let me help him

When I finished I put everything away and sat down "I'm staying here tonight I told my mom already" I said getting up he nodded.

He explained the whole fighting thing. So basically the people fight outside in the street because they all don't have money. They don't have a ring or a place to do it but they follow the same rules. He bragged about being the best and what not. He also said how things can get kind of messy since it isn't fully the same as fighting in an actual place.

"I don't want to sleep alone umm can i stay here with you" I asked nervously and he chuckled and laid down "don't think I'm sleeping with you I'll be here on the floor" i grabbed a pillow and blanket. "Whatever you want i know you'll give in eventually" he said

He so annoying I swear...I saw he had removed his shirt. God he was extremely good looking I was thinking of giving in right there and then. Wait what are you even saying violet!!! No no no just stop it he's no good he's a freaking STREET FIGHER FOR GOD SAKES!!

I wasn't falling for these tricks I wasn't going to be another one of his one night stands. I'm cold and I heard gunshots outside. I screamed and jumped to the bed with him "it's normal just some arguments outside" he said as he held me in his arms. I was shaking in fear and coldness he grabbed the blanket and wrapped it around us. I soon warmed up with his arms around me making me feel safe.

I wanted to get off but it felt so right then I was horrified I've never experienced gunshots like this. He seemed so used to all of this I couldn't help but to feel sorry.

I soon just relaxed into the no good street fighters arms
