A/N: This story gives me a multiple headaches. Hihihi.. This isn't supposed to be the real storyline. As you read the first version. RomCom talaga ito. But since, I'm so lazy to update noong mga nakakaraang buwan at taon. I end up in revising this whole thing. As in buo, I didn't expect na ganito ang kalalabasan ng character ni Mandie at Xandrei, Two adults but both immature. Kaya sa lahat ng sumakit ang ulo.. Sorry po.

Chasing Six

Xandrei leaned back to his swivel chair. Attorney Ruth Rosales is explaining him the court law about child custody if under parents separation.

"I'm sorry hijo. It's in our law that the child under the age of seven years old and below should in mother's care."

Naglapat ang labi niya. Hindi dapat ito ang hahawak ng kasong ito. It's should be his Son, Taco Rosales. But Taco wasn't in the country. Kaibigan niya ang anak nito but Tito Ruth volunteered his self. "What should we do tito?"

"It's a general rule hijo. We can't file that on court unless she's failed to be a mother." Tumingin siya dito.

"What do you mean?"

"Under the Law of Child Custody of the Philippines, we have an exception regarding that. If there are compelling reason, such custody may be denied and granted to another party. Here read this." Tito Ruth handed him a white folder. Inside is a white paper pastened in.

-Neglect
-Abandonment
-Unemployment and immorality
-habitual drunkness
-drug addiction
-Maltreatment of the child
-insanity

"These are impossible, Tito." Hindi ganito si Mandie. Pinilig niya ang ulo.

Nagkibit balikat ito. "Make an arrangement with the mother, Xandrei. Kung gusto mo talagang makasama ang anak mo at kilalanin ka niya. Hayaan mo siya sa kanyang Ina. It's okay to share time with her, at least you're with your child. Sa nakikita ko sayo. We do not have grounds to present on court just to prove that she is an unfit mother. Nakikita ko rin sa mga mata mo na hindi mo kayang sabihin iyon. We can fooled ourselves but not our heart."

Hindi niya alam ang sasabihin niya. Nagagalit siya. Mandie has no right to be a mother. She has no right to call one. Pero paano ang anak niya?

"Mama!" He went back inside his car and followed them sight. Kinarga ni Mandie nag batang kalalabas lang ng Day Care. Mandie is an office worker at day so she had to take her son to a Day Care and fetched him at afternoon. Nakamata lang siya.

"How's your day, Little Man?" The child shown his bubble bottle.

"It's great Mama. Have you see this? My friend Zitto gave this to me." Nakangiting hinalikan ni Mandie sa pisngi ang bata.

"Oh! It's Captain America! Don't worry we'll buy another treat for him tomorrow, okay?" Nakamata lang siya habang naguusap sila.

Baliw na siya. Sobrang baliw. Ilang beses na siyang kinausap ng ama niya. Tigilan na niya ito. Daig pa niya ang stalker ng mag ina. Pero hindi siya matahimik. He wants to make sure that child isn't him. Gusto niyang kumpirmahin na anak nga ni Alec ang batang iyon. Because, It's easy to move on if he has no child left with her. Mas madali. Mas mabuti.

Bukas ang balik niya ng Pilipinas. Marie called him last night that Chandra is in the hospital---again. Iyak ng iyak si Marie. He needs to be there. Pero paano sila? Tanga nga marahil siya. Sobrang tanga.

Nakita niyang mahal na mahal ni Mandie ang anak nila. So what he should do to have his son? As of the moment, his mother had knew about his paternity to Mandie's Son. She was so excited. Pero hindi niya alam ang reaksyon ng ama niya.

"Anyways, mauuna na ako sayo hijo. Dadaanan ko pa si Cheenie sa University. I don't like the news that I've heard. Fuck that boys, babaliin ko ang mga daliri nila kapag lumapit lapit pa sila sa anak ko." Kusa nalang siyang napangiti. Tito Ruth is so protective when it comes to his daughter. Gaya kung gaano din siya kaprotective kay Chandra.

Tumayo siya at nakipagkamay dito. "Thanks tito. I'll give you a call tonight. Pag iisipan ko muna ang gagawin ko."

Tumango ito. "Dapat lang. At kausapin mo na rin ang ama mo. I'm sure he's a little excited to another addition in your family."

Ngumiti siya. Something had changed. And that something is his Son.

After Tito Ruth leave his office. The telephone rang. "Sir, Your Father Mr Sandoval is in the line." His secretary said.

He took the intercom. "Dad." Bati niya.

"Give me the buenaventura Address." He said. Kumunot ang noo niya.

"Anong gagawin niyo?" Tanong agad niya.

"I want to fetch my grandchild. I couldn't imagined that he's actually with the Buenaventura. So tell me where they lived." Mariin siyang umiling. Gulo lang ang mangyayari.

He don't know what happened to his dad and tito John friendship. Nagiguilty siya dahil pakiramdam niya ay may partisipasyon siya sa nangyari sa mga ito. Only Tito Cain told him that his dad was still mad. "Forget it dad. Wag niyo akong pangunahan. Apo nila ang anak ko."

"But he is my grandchild too! Ano? Pati apo ko aangkinin din nila?" narinig niya ang pagkayamot sa tinig nito.

"I'm taken care of it. Kaya hayaan niyo na ako." He heard him sign.

"Fine. But I want my grandchild to be a Sandoval. Apelyido ko dapat ang susundin niya hindi ang kung kani kaninong poncio pilato. Don't make me disappointed again."
