Ailani's POV
After walking for a good ten miles, stopping a truck driver and catching a ride into the city, we were able to find a suitable hotel to stay for the night.
"Would this be one room or two separate rooms?" The hotel clerk asks with a kind smile.
Cierra and me share a look, more like a death glare, and responded "Two separate rooms." at the same time.
I accepted the room keys from the woman and slipped her a $50, and walked over to the elevators, pressing the the second floor button once we were on.
There was absolute silence between the two of us, and frankly I didn't care. She should be thanking jesus right now that we have somewhere to lay our head for the night instead of acting like a sour bitch about it.
I hand her her hotel room key and watch her go her separate way.
"Yeah you're welcome." I mumbled and keyed into my room, closing the door behind me. The heat radiated through my body, thawing me out from the hours I stood outside and spent walking.
"I'm about to sleep hella good."
I didn't bother to move my suitcase to the side or even kick off my shoes. I climbed into bed, coat and slides still on, and got comfortable atop the covers and drifted off to sleep...

The smell of Tom Ford cologne filled my nostrils; It smelled good but all too familiar.I felt a heavy arm wrapped around me and immediately cracked my eyes open. The Toronto winter sun peeked through the icy grey sky, shining light through the window shades.
Who the hell is this?
I twist and turn, slightly freaking out because I wasn't going anywhere, but the anonymous body groaned and sighed deeply while rubbing up and down my bare thigh.
Wait? I thought I went to bed fully clothed last night. What's going on?
"You're awake now babygirl." He says in a groggily voice.
Of course it was Abel.
I rolled my eyes as I tried to remove his arm once again, only he was much stronger than me and held it down.
"Abel can you please get the fuck off of me. How did you even find me?"
"Enough talking Ailani it's too early in the morning." He mumbled while burying his face in the crook of my neck.
