Ailani's POV

"Where'd you say you guys were seated?" I ask London, as I searched for the table that he and Abel were supposed to be sitting at.

"Do you see the blue flower pot? Hol' up I'm about to stand up right quick."

I spotted them instantly, London's multicolored neon jacket giving them away, also him waving his arms high up in the air. I hung up and slid my phone into my purse, pulling down the ends of my romper as I walked closer to them.

I was still kind of pissed about what happened back in Toronto, but I guess I can just let bygones be bygones just so I can get this deal, even though I should already have it in the bag.

"Hey big head." London greets with a toothy smile, opening his arms wide and smothering me in a bear hug. I awkwardly try to wrap my arms around him the best that I could to return the gesture, but failed.

"Nice to see you too jumbo ears." I grinned and giggled, only he didn't find the joke funny and instead rolled his eyes.

"Very funny ET. I see yo ass tryna impress with this romper on and shit." He chuckled and forced me to give him a little spin. "You lookin' like a whole snack outchea, these niggas ain't safe!"

I jokingly punch him in the arm and we shared a laugh, that is until I looked over to catch Abel's stare. His eyes trailed from bottom to top, then top to bottom; he stares at me like I'm a piece of walking meat!

"Hi Abel." I greet, snapping him out of the possibly dirty thoughts that brewed in his mind, and he gives me a half smile and head nod.

"Hey beautiful. I like the fit, it suits your body well." He compliments and stands, reaching over the table and giving me a tight but not too tight hug. I was able to get a good whiff of the only cologne he really knew how to wear, and melted that easily.

"Thanks but this is new...you being such a good boy." I joke and take a seat, but not before straightening the romper out in the back.

"Yeah only for today." He smiles and sips from the glass of dark brown liquid. "Care for a drink?"

"No I'm fine, I'm not a big drinker." I declined and look on the menu for the juices instead.

The restaurant they chose to meet at didn't really fit my expectations, being way too upscale and formal than what I would go to. I almost feel half bad wearing this romper with so many revealing cut outs around it, while the others were dressed in more formal wear.
