My parents got mad that "potentially dangerous and possibly life-threatening and catastrophe-causing people" have seen what my face looks like. And I understand what they're saying. So let's hope I never get an Instagram or Snapchat or — heaven forbid — a YouTube channel where I plan to talk over videos someday oh no.

Today I had a friend who said all furries are disgusting. I don't consider myself one but I guess technically I am, and she started being slightly rude to me then. So I tried to explain to her that most of the fandom isn't that weird, it's just the weird part that's the most vocal about it. Same goes for any fandom.
It's kinda like you have some good people in the middle of a room, a lot of them, all happy and chatting nicely. But in the corner of the room there's a few people screaming at the top of their lungs. Who do you hear? Exactly.
Yeah she didn't care about what I had to say for that. I'm kinda offended because darn, I thought I made a pretty crafty little analogy there but nooooo.
