Chapter 9

Waving goodbye to Chloe as she drove down the street, I turned to open the door. Mom always leaves the door open when I'm out with my friends just in case I forget my key... or loose it thats happened more times than I can count.

Slowly, I pushed open the door and walked inside trying to slip my shoes off as I did so.

My stomach growled for something to eat so I walked towards the kitchen, hoping to find some food to settle the ravenous beast.

Hmmm... what should I get? opening the fridge door, I found some of my moms famous triple chocolate fudge cake.

I cut myself a very large portion and shovelled part of it into my mouth before putting the rest back into the fridge.

Before going into the front room I grabbed a glass from the cupboard feeling the need to drink something to at least try to remove my still partial drunkness.

I walked into the front room and almost choked on my drink when I saw what was happening on the couch.

Mikey was on top of a half naked Melissa kissing her not-so-gently and trying to get her bra off.

"OH MY GOD" I screeched, eyes widening into saucers as I almost dropped my cake filled plate.

Both heads snapped on my direction. Melissa's face turned bright red and Mikey just sat there and smirked. Typical.

"Guys, please take it into the bedroom or at least keep it PG-13." I exclaimed still horrified at the scene I had just witnessed "And Mikey I would prefer you not to get my best friend knocked up as soon as you see her."

This time it was Mikey's turn to blush whilst I just stood there with a smirk on my face.

"So..." Melissa trailed off, now sat up, trying to get her shirt on. "How was the party?"

That was all it took for my smile to drop and tears start to fall. Immediately Mikey and Melissa were at my sides. The ate and glass on my hands were now set neatly on the floor as I began to bawl my eyes out.

"Lu, sis, tell me what happened please. Lu you're scaring me and Melissa tell us... PLEASE!" Mikey begged me his arms wrapped securely around my small frame.

I told them what had happened. Every single little detail.

By the time I had finished Mikey had a murderous look on his face. His eyes began to swirl black.

I didn't tell them about Drake. Honestly, I didn't want them to worry anymore. I did tell them about my mate though. At first Mikey didn't agree with what I had done but then after Melissa had explained the whole thing with Clarissa, he understood why I ran.

"I'll kill Danny for hurting my little sister." Mikey started to shake so Melissa rushed to him and pulled him into a tight embrace. He nuzzled his head into her neck and took deep calming breaths, Melissa whispering sweet nothing's in his ear.

Once he had calmed down he turned back to me as Melissa wrapped her slim arms around me.

"I'm so sorry this happened to you Lu." Melissa whispered in my ear.

"Oh my god! That rhymed!" I laughed as she gave me a crooked smile, I could still see the sympathetic look in her eyes. It made me want to curl up and cry all over again. I knew crying never does any good but I couldn't help but want to cry.

"Hey, where are mom and dad anyway?" I asked as I kept my arms wrapped around Melissa like a child to their mother.

"They went to the pack house to sort some stuff out. Something about Rouges on our land." Mikey waved the question off.

"Okay, so I guess that's why I walked in on you two going at it on the couch, huh?" I chuckled as they both blushed making me laugh harder.

"Oh shut up." Melissa squirmed uncomfortably as I teased them.

"I think I'm going to retire to bed guys, it's been a long night for me..." I trailed off picking up my half eaten cake and glass of juice and walking into the hallway.

"Goodnight." Both mates said at the same time.

"If you do go at it again, USE PROTECTION!" I shouted down the stairs. just imagining their faces made me giggle slightly.

When I got into my room I put the plate and glass on my bedside table, before hoping into the bathroom for a quick shower to get rid of all the dirt and sweat that had crept onto my skin.

As so as I'd finished my shower I pulled on some joggers and a hoody before collapsing onto my bed.

Into a nightmare filled sleep.

Hello my fellow Wattpaders! Here is another update for you my lovelies.

I was thinking about updating last night but my German teacher thinks its fun to give us loads of homework to do.😕

I think this update is slightly longer than my previous one and sorry that one was so short it looked longer😬
