Lagging behind the boys as the walk a considerable few steps ahead of her, Elizabeth brandished her knife in her left hand, a few strands of her bangs had fallen in front of her face and she was starting to become dazed, usually she was asleep by now and the smell of a dead body had gone through any ventilation this old and ugly house had and had filled up her nose. Looking back to what had happened from the issue with the bay window to the basement her eyes started to well up. Not with tears, but with a sense of peace as her mind started to grow blank and her grip loosened on her pocket knife. Eventually to when she had no grip on it at all and it dropped from her hands onto the floor, the clatter of the metal caused the two boys in front of her to turn around, in her last few final moments of conscience before she completely blacked out from sleep deprivation she saw Davie lunge to catch her before she hit and floor and Adrian cover his mouth with his hands while turning on his heel.
"No no no this can not be happening right now, we need to leave damnit.." Adrian said as he started going off on his own little tangent as he clutched his head and pulled on his hair, Davie struggled to keep Elizabeth's body from crashing to the floor, eventually he just laid her down on the wooden floors and stood back a bit as he looked around to where she could have dropped the knife, her head tilted up and her hair was sprawled around where her head sat, she lay motionless and her face was finally regaining its tan color that complimented her light brown hair so well,
"We gotta wake her up, we gotta leave!" Adrian said in a stage whisper as he pushed a it on Davie's shoulders, who was breathing slowly and looking up above at the chandelier that hung at least fifty feet up from where he stood, it was rocking side to side and making the most obnoxious creaking noise he had ever heard,
"Do you feel any wind?" Davie asked in a calm voice,
"I can hear the damn wind okay? Why.." Adrian asked Davie as his eyes trailed upward to the ceiling, "What's making that thing rock so loudly.." He said kicking Elizabeth's side causing her to glide a few feet the other way before he grabbed Davie arm and ran in the opposite direction to where he pushed Elizabeth,
"What are you doing?" Davie asked after being yanked ,
"I've seen Phantom of the Opera™ that thing is gonna fall." He retorted as he motioned to the glass structure in the air,
"So you kick Elizabeth and attempt to dislocate my shoulder?" Davie said in a very sarcastic tone, "This is a television sh-" Davie almost finished his damn sentence before Elizabeth sat up groggily and and shouted some sort of word of recognition, she never fully got it out as the sound of snapping metal and breaking glass ornaments filled the room. Davie was screaming, Adrian was coughing his lungs out, there was no noise coming from the other side of the room, Elizabeth must have passed out of shock or something. The dust from the old chandelier filled the room and the smell of the rotting corpse had left the room for a solid five seconds, and after a bit of flailing arms and coughing the room was cleared enough for people to speak without coughing until their throats bled.
"Elizabeth you there?" Davie half shouted after clearing his throat a bit, his eyes were watering with all the dust and he hoped that no one heard his screams, after all the ringing of the crash was already loud enough, Elizabeth probably didn't even hear him.. When Davie could hear his own thoughts he went for it again, "Elizabeth are you okay?" He said in the same tone as before, if he looked around him he could see Adrain clutching his throat and waving the air around his eyes, when he looked across the room there was no sight of any other human being, "Lizbeth?" He said a bit louder hoping to here her,
'That's not my name!' spiel, alas there was still no response, he went to walk over to the other side of the room before wincing and screaming as he went to bite his hand to hold in his cries, he looked to the floor, in his moment of panic he had forgotten that the floor was covered in glass and he still hadn't found his shoes. The dried blood from the broken vase was overcome from the new blood due to stepping on glass, both feet were bleeding and now so was his tongue after biting it so harshly to hold in his screams,
