"Jungkook Oppa!" Alyssa called out to Jungkook.

"Yes?"

"Let us show up for the royal dinner together tonight?"

"What if Mother tells me to enter along with Jimin"

"No! You can't let that happen"

"Why?"

"It is? I--It's because then Jimin would want to be with the Queen right? I mean I know you are his husband and all but it is his first royal gathering with those friends of the King. He might not might must nee--need a mother-like consolation"

"Fair enough"

"Yay! I mean I shall be waiting outside my chamber"

"Where is Jungkook? The guests are already arrived."

"Your Highness, the Prince will be entering soon"

"He must"

"Everyone! Attention, Prince Jungkook is entering the royal room"
With that Jungkook entered but what shocked everyone in the room was that he didn't enter with his wife, Jimin but with...His ex fiance Alyssa. Everyone had their attention on the two but mostly on her. People were mumbling words like "Why is she here? I thought she had no relationship with the Prince" and "See, that is why the royal castle is so unpredictable anything can happen here".

By now the King was raged in extreme anger but he kept quiet atleast for the dinner's sake.
"Good evening, Father"

"Hmm Good evening to you too" he said trying to act calm infront of his son

"Jungkook, where is Jimin and why isn't he present here with you?"

"Umm he i--is with Mother? Yes he must be with Mother"

"But Jungkook it is a rule that you should bring along your spouse when you enter a royal function"

"Yes, father"

"Take care of it next time, you must"

"Yes... Father"

Meanwhile..

"Jimin, darling are you ready for the function? Jungkook must be coming in anytime to pick you up" The Queen called out to Jimin out of the bathroom door after knocking.

"Oh..Okay I am coming please tell Jungkook to wait once he enters"

"My pleasure, sweetheart"

It took a while but Jimin finally came out and he looked extremely beautiful.
"My son in law is so beautiful! I am so happy that I chose you for my Jungkook"

Jimin blushed a little while trying to change the topic shyly.

"Has he arrived yet?"

"He should have a long time ago, I will check"

She went outside to check but there was no sign of her son waiting outside. She then went to Jungkook's chamber and checked but she could sense nothing but Jungkook's cologne scent. That must have meant that he is ready since he always puts this favourite cologne of his when he is ready for a special occassion.
His mother-in-law gifted it to him at the time of the marriage and he keeps it so safe and handles it with care, she thought if Jungkook takes care of such a small item that Jimin's Mother gave him then she can imagine how much Jungkook would care of Jimin treating him like a precious jewel never to be taken care of the wrong way and too delicate to play with since one wrong move and it can break into pieces.
She moved onto the next room but still, no clue.

"Your Highness. Are you perhaps finding something?" A maiden asked her

"Yes. Have you seen Jungkook?"

"He went to the royal room with Alyssa"

"What?!" How can he even think of forgetting Jimin and going with that Alyssa! I kept her away from my son but she just keeps on taking advantage of Jungkook being alone.
