Super High Ch.10

"I have a date with Craig today. I have a date with Craig. I have a date with Craig. Hopefully I get a goodnight kiss." I sang as I moved around my room and bathroom. I sang the words to the Blue Clues song.

"How old are you?" Darnell snapped at me as he passed by room.

"Old enough to slap yo--"

"Shut up!" Diggy cut me off.

I rolled my eyes and continued searching for something to wear for my formal date with Craig. Maybe this Gucci black bridle belted dress with the red Reiss Monique leather detail peeptoe heels and this black clutch.

I smiled at my completed outfit and went to my bathroom connected to my room to freshen up. I washed my hair with my Tresemé shampoo and conditioner slowly to wash it perfectly. After washing my hair, I used my cucumber melon body wash to clean my body before stepping out of the shower and drying off. I wrapped the towel my body and my hair and walked out into my room.

I checked the time to see that Craig would be here in one hour. That didn't really give me enough time to get ready. I let out a sigh as I rolled my eyes and sat down at my makeup desk. I started doing my makeup, which took thirty minutes to do and perfect, then did my hair before getting dressed.

I put lotion on then checked myself out in my fill body mirror.

"Daddy! Daddy come here!" I shouted as I opened my door and walked to my dad's study.

"What, babygirl? What's wrong?" Dad asked as I burst open his study door. Jamie and I always open his study door that way.

"Is this okay? Do you think he'll like it?" I asked as I twirled for him.

He looked at me and sighed with a smile on his face.

"Babygirl, you look stunning. Why don't you pin your hair up so it frames your face? I know you like wearing your hair up. Put on some pretty earrings." Dad smiled. He always told it like it is. "Craig, will be in awe of you."

"Thank you, Daddy." I smiled and kissed his cheek before hurrying back to my room. I had ten minutes before Craig came.

I pinned my thick, curly hair up in a elegant knot with my curls sticking up on my head. I placed a diamond stud in each of my second piercings and a big hoop in my first piercings. I let out a big huff of breath as the doorbell rang.

"I'll get it!" Marcia shouted. I quickly took a picture in my mirror before grabbing my clutch and going to the stairs. "Aria, Craig's here!"

I descended the stairs slowly for a dramatic effect. I was looking down at my feet until I touched the floor. I looked up to see Craig's mouth hanging open in awe.

"Uh...wow. Aria, you look so gorgeous." Craig choked out. "You look stunning."

"Thank you, Craig. You look stunning yourself." I smiled. He had on a black suit with diamond studs in his ears, a silver watch, and black sunglasses.

"Thank you. Uh..we should get going so we don't miss our reservation." Craig said slowly as I walked toward him.

"Okay. Bye Marcia. Jamie. I'll see you soon." I smiled and waved at my step mom and sister who were watching TV in the living room.

"Wait. Pose." Marcia said as she pulled out her phone. Craig wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me to him. We both smiled as her phone flashed. "Okay. Bye."
