Super High Ch.17

Aria

"Merry Christmas, babe." Craig held a mistletoe over our heads. He gave a gasp. "How did that get there?"

I laughed at his playfullness. We were at my place with all of our friend's families here partying on Christmas night. We always host a Christmas party with friends, family, and superheroes.

"I recogn you want a kiss?" I asked him sweetly.

"Yeah. I would like one." He smiled down at me.

I leaned up as he leaned down and we shared a soft, sweet, passionate kiss.

"Merry Christmas." I whispered to him.

"Merry Christmas." He whispered as he lowered the mistletoe.

He just stared into my eyes as we stood outside of my room. It was silent as he stared into my eyes. His forehead wrinkled in what I thought to be worry. He reached up to lightly touch my cheek. He kissed me slowly, yet passionately. I kissed him back just the same until someone interrupted us.

"Aria. Craig. Come downstairs. Now." Diggy said. We both turned to look at him.

"Alright." Craig nodded as he turned his attention back to me.

"I'm waiting." Diggy snapped.

"I love you, Aria." Craig whispered. I gasped. He never said that before.

"I love you too, Craig." I bit my lip. He hugged me tightly before we went downstairs with Diggy.

"I love you too, Craig." Diggy mocked me.

"Don't get on me 'cause you ain't get no pussy since the dinosaurs roamed the earth." I joked.

"Why you gotta go there?" He smacked his lips.

"There they are! My little niece and her boyfriend!" My auntie Millicent came up to hug me and Craig. She didn't posses any type of super power. She was the rare offspring not to collect any powers. "Come here. I have a surprise for you."

I looked at Craig and he looked as confused as ever. I went with Millicent to see someone in the middle of the superheroes talking about their latest fight.

"....so I told Godzilla, "Time to go extinct" before I punched him out." A woman said before turning around. Jamie and Darnell were around me as well.

"Hey my babies." My mother, Martha Holmes, smiled at us. Jamie and I started crying and hugged her tightly. Darnell wiped one tear and joined our hug.

"I thought you weren't coming until March?" Jamie asked through big, heaving sobs.

"I beat Godzilla earlier than planned. Plus how could I miss Christmas?" Momma hugged us all tighter. "Now where are Rayan and Craig?"

Jamie and I grabbed Ray and Craig and introduced them to our mother. She instantly loved them, Jacob, and Chres.

"They seem like such nice boys. Did you tell yo pappy that you and Craig, ha?" Momma asked me.

"No. He would have a heart attack and Craig would never be let over again." I shook my head as Craig and Ray came up to us.

"Alright. What about you, Jamie? Have you and Rayan done anything?" Momma asked, making Ray and Jamie blush.

"Ray got head game." Jamie smirked as Ray looked down.

"Oh. Does he now?" Momma raised an eyebrow as we laughed.

"Say, Tasha! You wanted something?" I asked as I pointed at Tasha. I dragged Ray, Jamie, and Craig over to her and Jacob.

"I like Christmas here." Craig smiled, causing me to smile.

"Let's go play in the snow!" Chres ran up to us with a childish smile on his face.

"Yeah. Let's go!" Keve smiled. We all put on our gloves, jackets, and hats before running outside with all of the small kids. We had snowball fights, built snowmen, and made snow angels. Jamie and I cheated a lot when it came to the snowball fights.
