Now here's a file I haven't looked up in a while now. This isn't going to be my best headcanon really, I'll try to include some better ones for her in the future.
SCP 529, usually called Josie, tends to hang around the lower areas of the facility as it says in her file. Although she is supposed to stay in this lower area, kind of close to where SCP 049 is, she always somehow makes it to the upper levels of the facility, startling most of the newer personnel who haven't heard of her. This little half-kitty is very proud of herself for doing this.
