Delta's POV:
Today, Davenport was finally unveiling his new lab which had been in the making for a while now. We were walking through a tunnel as Davenport chanted, "I got a new lab, I got a new lab, I got a new lab."

"Whoa, whoa, whoa." Bree stopped him. "I think you mean, we got a new lab."

"Excuse me. Did we pay to rebuild it?" Davenport scoffed.

"Do you sleep in a glass box?"

Davenport thought for a second. "We got a new lab, we got a new lab. And here it is..." The doors opened to reveal a majorly updated lab. It seemed bigger; I think it was bigger. It was so different, but it was a good different.

"Guys, look at all these upgrades. Mr. Davenport, this place is amazing." Chase told him.

"Of course it is. I designed it."

"Ahem." Leo brought attention to himself.

"Fine! We designed it! We, we!" Davenport snapped, starting to walk around the new lab. "Upgraded capsules, bam! Quantum processing super computer, bam! Four dimensional combat simulator, bam! This, my friends, is what a multi-million dollar makeover looks like. '

"Is there a mini fridge?" Adam asked.

"Ooh, yeah." Zadie agreed, smiling.

"No." Davenport answered.

"I bet our real dad's lab has a mini fridge." Adam said out of the corner of his mouth.

"Hey, Leo, where's your work station?" I asked.

"This way, children." He said, taking the tablet out of Davenport's hands and walking us to the corner of the room. One of the tiles on the floor descended and reascended with his desk. "The floor in the lab is compartmentalized, meaning we can store things in it. May I?" Davenport gave him the go ahead. "Bam!"

"Is that a nuclear magnetic resonant spectrometer?" Chase gasped as he pushed passed Zadie, leaving her confused, and ran over to a metal cylinder thing. "Ahh! I've never seen one in person before. It's so beautiful."

"Should we leave you two alone?" Zadie joked.

"Mr. Davenport, how did you afford all this?" Bree asked.

"Well, I used some of the money from the jet wing stunt, but the rest of it I got from a huge government contract I just signed. I am developing a rocket system that will protect the earth from rogue asteroids." Davenport explained, as we gathered around the new cyber desk. "Thanks to this little baby, I'm on my way back up rich man mountain, and whoo, the air smells better up here!" He breathed in heavily. "Oh, wait, there's one more thing I wanted to show you."

Adam gasped, "A mini fridge?"

"There's no mini fridge." Davenport gritted.

"But there is me!" Eddy. Everyone groaned, well except Davenport. "Hello, friends. And I use the term friends loosely, because you're not my friends, and I hate you."

"The feeling's mutual." I smiled, fake-ly.

"Did you really have to bring Eddy back?" Bree asked.

"Yeah. I don't know that I'm okay with that." Chase stated.

"Well, then, you definitely won't be okay with this..." Eddy said, dropping the floor panel that Chase was standing on. "Bam!"

After the new lab tour, we got ready and went to school, just to find someone doing donuts in the school parking lot. "That jerk has been doing donuts in the school parking lot all morning" Bree stated, as we walked to the door.
