-The Bionic Academy-
Zadie's POV:

Okay, I'm loving this online school stuff. It is so much better than Mission Creek High with Perry. Plus, I'm with my favorite people all day everyday, and to make things better, Delta and I can hang all night.

After we had finished two of our classes, Delta and I decided to go to the training area to see if anything was going on. "Alright, listen up, guys." Chase announced. "We're introducing a new element to training-the bionic battle." Ooh, now this is my kind of talk. "Each week, two of you will be pitted against each other in a physical challenge."

"To the death?" A younger brown-haired boy asked. Oh, him and I are gonna get along just fine.

"Yes, Big D built this multi-million-dollar facility to train and house you just to pick you off one by one." Leo sarcastically answered.

"Bionic Hunger Games. Sounds intriguing." I mumbled.

"So, each week's winner will earn points toward advancing to the next bionic skill level. And the loser gets...well, humiliated."

"Spin, since you're the youngest you get to choose an opponent first." Bree told him.

"Yes." He grinned, starting to walk around the students, trying to intimidate them. "Scared? You should be."

"Oh, I like this kid." I smiled.

"No, no, this isn't about scaring people. No one's going to get hurt." Chase said, getting hit in the back of the head by a basketball. The four of us went into the main area where Adam was doling out basketballs to his students. "What are you doing?"

"We're throwing this thing at that thing." A younger blonde boy answered. "I'm an athlete."

I could feel Chase's annoyance. "Adam, you're a mentor now. You have to start acting like one." Bree asserted.

"I am. We're supposed to teach them how to use their abilities. So...we're having a bionic slam dunk contest."

Then, Bob ran, and dunked the basketball...but hanging onto the net.

"Bob, get down from there." Bree panicked.

"Sorry little lady. No can do."

"Why not?" Delta asked.

"Because I'm afraid of heights." Wait, I'm sorry. What?

"But you can levitate." Chase reminded him.

"Oh, I'm good going up. It's the going down part that never ends well."

"Yeah, real hero material right there." I muttered to Chase, who nodded lightly, agreeing.

"I'll have to use my molecular kinesis to get him down." Chase complained.

"Or you could just use a ladder." I shrugged. I mean, for the smartest man in the world, he sometimes forgets to use common sense. Yeah, well, that clearly did not work saying that both the basketball goal, Bob, and Chase are piled on the ground, all groaning in pain.

"I don't know what you're talking about, Bob. That ended very well." Adam laughed.

Delta and I decided to take a break from schooling and train with the students for a bit. While we were in the training area, Davenport walked in, talking on the phone.

"Okay, Tasha. I got it, honey. Okay, now you're just growling." Davenport said bluntly into the phone. Delta, Chase, Bree, Adam, and I went up to him, curious.

"Trouble in paradise?" Bree joked.

Davenport sighed, "I've just been so busy with the academy, I haven't been able to spend any time with Tasha.
