-The Davenport's-

Delta's POV:

As Zadie and I were walking into the Davenport's house, Leo came in right behind us saying, "Good news, my famous bionic peeps. Your new PR guy came through big time."

"Please tell me it's not another celebrity game show. We always lose." Chase complained.

"Probably because one of us always hits the buzzer too soon and doesn't know the answer." Bree added.

"In my defense, I thought hitting the buzzer was the right answer." Adam shrugged, defending himself.

"You remember that big magazine interview I got you guys?" Leo reminded. "The article just came out, thanks to yours truly- Leo Dooley of Dooley Entertainment, a subsidiary of Leo Corp."

"Awesome."

"Cool."

"Wait, I wanna see." The three rushed over to see the newly printed magazine.

"Didn't the reporter interview all of you?" Zadie asked, picking up a magazine with everyone else and looking at the cover.

"Yeah, why is Adam the only one on the cover?" Bree freaked.

"This whole article makes it sound like he's in charge." Chase began to read. "Adam Davenport is the bionic team's leader, strongman, and all-around superstar?"

"Ah, finally, someone gets how things work around here." Adam smiled. Yeah, this was not gonna end well.

"Hold on, listen to this." Bree spotted. "Along with Adam's little brother, the girl helps him on missions. It's like you and I barely even exist."

"What are you talking about? You guys are mentioned right here, see?" Adam pointed. "Bree and Chase Davenport- not pictured."

"Hey, guys, what's going on?" Davenport asked, walking into the kitchen.

"This article totally misrepresents how our team works." Chase answered. "People are gonna think that Adam is the only one who does anything."

"Oh, don't worry. I'll set the record straight and tell 'em the girl does stuff too." Adam stated, causing Bree, Chase, and Zadie to glare.

"Guys, don't worry about it. The media distorts everything." Davenport calmed. "I mean, one time, an article said that i was self-absorbed." He laughed. "Look, the important thing is that you know the truth about who you are and what you do."

Chase opened the magazine and began reading, "We also spoke to Leo Dooley, the bionic team's brilliant mastermind."

Davenport snatched the magazine and looked for himself. "What?! That's it. I'm calling my lawyer."

The media kept getting worse, saying untrue things about everyone, not just the three. People started to say stuff about Zadie and I-like weird, messed up stuff.

The next day, we followed Adam, Bree, and Chase into the lab to talk to Leo about everything. Surprisingly, Leo wasn't getting barely any feedback from people.

"Leo, look at this." Chase handed Leo a tablet. "It's bad enough that magazines are twisting the facts, but now gossip sites are writing all sorts of lies about us."

"Yeah! Like I can't keep a boyfriend." Bree gave an example.

"And that I'm a nerd."

"And that I wear a kids size shoe." Zadie scrunched her nose.

"And also, a bunch of stuff that isn't true." Adam added.

"Guys, look. This is the price of fame. Now you see why I've chosen to live my bionic life out of the spotlight...and take my modest twenty five percent cut as your manager."
