Today was the night of the event. I'm really exicited to go, which is very odd. I want this to be a change.
I slipped my dress on and looked at myself in the mirror. My hair was curled into place and my makeup was done perfectly.
My aunt came into the room and smiled. "You look beautiful. You look just like your mother." I bit my lip and tucked my hair behind my ear.
"I brought you something." I heard the sound of her heels hitting the floor. I turned and looked at her hand. I smiled and said, "That's my mother's necklace." she nodded. "Yeah, I'm giving it to you. I think she would of wanted you to have it." "Really? Are you sure?" "I'm positive." she put the necklace around my neck and clipped it on.
She kissed my temple and left the room.
I sat on the edge of my bed and touched my chest. This is all I have left of her. I smirked and bit my lip.
"Hey there, gorgeous." I snapped my head towards the door. "I see you're getting ready. You look breath taking." Evan looked serious. "Thank you."
He grabbed the back of my neck and made me look at him. "Remember what I told you?" he asked in a whisper. I nodded, when Lia screamed my name from downstairs.
My heart was beating very rapidly. "I should go." he smiled and looked at my lips. "Have fun." he smirked and disappeared.
I put my heels on and went into the car. God Evan is making fall for his trap.
I don't like this. I don't like this one bit.
