  Evan's P.O.V

I wanted to kiss her perfectly full lips, but I knew that would've definitely changed everything. I wanted to hold her in my arms and tell her how much I cared for her. I know, that sounds cheesy, but I honestly can't help it.

  Mila, you drive me crazy..

I ran my hand down my face and saw their car pull out of the driveway.

   Mila's P.O.V

When we arrived, I looked around and saw people looking towards me. I pulled my dress down a little and walked into the crowd. I couldn't find my aunt anywhere.

I saw a waitress holding a silver tray full of champagne. I saw mostly everyone was holding a glass, so I grabbed one too. I kind of felt like an outcast.

I took a small sip and swallowed. I stood there awkwardly looking into space. That's when a hand lightly pressed on my bare back. "Hello Angelina." a deep voice said.

    Wait. Did he just say..

I turned my head to the side to see Nick, smiling down at me. Evan and Nick still managed to look down at me even when I wore heels, which was quite odd.

"Goodbye." I said not looking at him. "Oh come on, why don't you like me?" he said with a grin. "Because you're annoying." I said so bluntly. "I am not annoying." "Actually yes, yes you are." I took a large gulp of my champagne and swallowed hard.

"Go on a date with me." he says. "You're insane." I commented. "Please? Just one date. Then I'll get to prove to you, I'm not as annoying as you think." he offers. "Fine. One date and one date only." I answered.

"Mila, I see you met a friend." my aunt says. "Actually-" "Hi, I'm Nick, Nick Lawrence." he said offering his hand, which my aunt takes and earns a kiss on the hand. I saw her face turn a slight shade of red. Apparently, this blushing thing runs in the family.

I smirked as she introduced herself. "Would you life to come back at ours for some coffee?" she asks. I widened my eyes and looked at him. I shook my head, telling him to say no, but of course he said yes.

The rest of night was great. I talked with others. Nick and I walked by each other a few times and glanced at one another. Since I was mainly a shy person, I let Lia do all the talking.

Later that day, we entered the house with Nick and talked. My aunt told as the coffee wouldn't be ready yet, so she told him to show him my room. So now we were upstairs.

Nick loosened his tie and unbuttoned his dress shirt from the collar. "Nice room." "Thanks." I smirked.

"So, tell me about yourself." he says. Just when I was about to answer, Evan shows up, which made me gasp. "What is it?" he asked turning around. "Nothing. Well to answer your question, I sing and I play the guitar and piano." I said. "That's nice." he smiles.

Evan stares at Nick and crosses his arms. Something tells me he doesn't like Nick. "What about yourself?" I ask. "Well, I like football." he said, putting his mouth in a thin line.

"Of course you do." Evan smirks sarcastically. "Shut up." I said. "Who are you talking to?" Nick ask, raising his eyebrows. "No one. Sorry." I said staring towards Evan. "We should probably go back downstairs. The coffee is probably ready." I said.

"Yeah, sure." he agreed and followed me downstairs. That's when we I saw my aunt answering the door. "Mila, it's for you." she stated. "Who is it?" I mouthed. "He says he's a friend of yours." I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion.

I went towards the door and widened my eyes. How the in the hell is this possible? Evan Miller stood before me. "Hey there, Mila." he greeted.

What in the hell is going on?
